Well, as some of you might have saw I missed the first 2 or 3 seconds of the cinematic but it's no big deal. So here you have it, Aigis facing Ryoji after remembering why he is so dangerous, enjoy.
...Yeah, that about sums it up. What's so confusing about it? The main character wasn't "chosen" or "special", he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Well im glad that Aigis also learn something from Ryoji, even thou they are real enemies still he always gives advice to Aigis on how to overcome the fear that she felt when she think that she is only a robot, the only think that exist to nothing but a purpose to fight Shadows. even Ryoji turned to Nyx Avatar i am glad that he advices everyone before he transmogified. :)
I have to say, as awesome as this cutscene is, they leave one thing unexplained. Why was Aigis, a robot meant to kill shadows, able to seal one away? She never exhibits such an ability before or after this and the process is never shown. I always just found it... odd, and possibly only written as a convenient plot device to explain how Ryoji got stuck in Minato. Compared to how well the rest of the story is written, this little detail always sticks out for me.
@@BanjoFighterYou nailed it! She can’t overpower Death so she has to resort to sealing Death inside Protagonist who just happened to be walking by. I also believe they explain that ordinarily doing so requires all of the user’s life force, which is why Aigis survived doing it (she’s mechanical and can be fixed) with amnesia, and also why she’s set on protecting Protagonist despite not remembering him. These above facts also explains why Protagonist dies when he becomes the Great Seal, it’s a parallel to Aigis’s first fight with Death.
(Spoilers) Ehhh it’s a little sketchy, but i think u could argue her butterfly heart might grant her more control over erebus given it’s made of plumes of twilight ie shards of the being erebus harbingers. This is all speculation. I also think you could argue she specifically needed to have someone w the Potential available as a vessel. Maybe even particularly someone with greater propensity to awaken to the power of the fool, altho im not sure if series lore would say there’s a super wide variation in how likely any given person is to do that.
I wonder. What would happen if the protagonist learned that Ryoji and Aigis were responsible for the death of his parents? I think it's hinted that their death had an effect on him, causing him to not care if he lives or dies.
Ridiculously, when I first played through this I didn't pick up on the 2001: A Space Odyssey reference. Though noticing it only increases how much I love this scene :)
Ryoji, Thanatos (at least the one from the beginning because you can also fuse your own), Pharos, and Nyx Avatar are all the same being. They say he’s death because that’s his arcana. Thanatos is the ultimate Persona of the Death Arcana, Pharos’ social link is the Death Arcana, and Nyx Avatar’s true arcana and most powerful one is Death.
I really like this clip. Aigis is my favorite female-android character. I like Aigis's voice when she shout "Palladion". I really want to see the Japanesee version. But anyway, thanks for upload this video.
Minato was some kid. He was so young and witnessed his parents death right before his eyes. And still no tears, yeah Ken's a wuss. But I guess that explains why he looks emo. Gotta like the hair though.
I mean, it was a traumatizing sight to see his parents burn to death. He was in a state of shock and was paralyzed by it. I'm sure he cried, just not at that moment
Nyx is the one who bestowed death and night on the world and also keep in mind that all those persona and the reaper in the game are from different myths for exemple nyx appears in alot of different myths you just need to remember this in this game i am death

Liquid ryoji and thanatos are both death and the same person. Nyx is just a bringer of death as well as the reaper.
