हरी ओम तत्सत।।
Agar aap drudh mana honge , aur jiddi ho jayenge bhakti yog mein aur paribaar mein kalesh na ho , tab swapn dosh nahi hoga , aur khaane mein mustard oil and red chilli avoid karein , aur chanting karte rahein " duhswapna nashah bhabatu " . Din mein sufficient minimum 4 liter pani piyen , aur din mein do baar , lemonade piyen.
Khaana 50 % full stomach khaayen , swalpa matra mein sweet khayen , don't become a slave of food . Jitni bhuk hai utna hi khayen aur raw khayen . Avoid processed and packaged food.

Sakshi me total zenyoga ata he
Sanatan dharm ke anusaar din usha kaal se shuru hota hai , yaani subah 4:30 am se 5 am ke beech mein. Aur din sham 6:30 pm se 7 pm ke beech khatam hoti hai . Isiliye koshish karein ki usha kaal mein uth jaayen . Raat ka khaana 8 pm tak kha lein taaki 10 pm tak aapko neend aa jaaye . 10 pm to 4 am sleep is ideal. Make it a practice and you are gonna receive cosmic energy in the time 5 am to 6 am definitely. Try to stay alone in your room in this time 5am to 6 am and practice anulom vilom. And stay as calm as possible. Very important. Thanks.

Three step breathing ke saath, anulom bilom bhi karein . 3 step breathing mien aapka front part ki shudhi hoti hai , par anulom vilom pranayam se aap ki rid ki haddi srong hoti hai , isliye din mein 2 baar 10 min ke liye anulom bilom karen . Anulom vilom arthat , left nostril se swash lein aur right naustril se swash chhode snd vice versa. Anulom vilom jaroor practice karein. Thanks

Exercise is me positive intensity hai toh uske liye kuch karna nahi hai. Sirf negative intensities ke drainage ko rokna hai.

Pr dekho wahi aagyi automatically. Kriya yoga+ zenyoga spritual growth ko fast krti hai aur within one month person drastic changes notice kar sakta hai.
