Turned on the TV and jumped over to Netflix. One of the latest programs was the School Of Chocolate with non other than this amazing artist. I'd never heard of him before watching the program. Now I have an idea who he is and what he does, I'm speechless watching him create one of a kind masterpieces in chocolate of all things. Chocoholic Heaven! Can you imagine if you are a chocoholic and you were his assistant. He's throwing chocolate pieces away, and your thinking No! No! No! I'll take that and dispose of it for you! 😋🤪🤣

💝 Just watched "School of Chocolate " and I never thought about how much of an art chocolate /pasty making could be until watching the series. I hope they get a season 2! The process of making these chocolate sculptures is super entertaining to watch!!!

I respect the construction of this so much! I’ve seen so many chocolate art pieces that use foil and wire in the middle but never actual chocolate to form the inside. This was another level! 👏🏼

I LOVE this dragon!!! What a striking blue! I love the fins around the face and the design on the tail. Amazing!!!
