I'm a chef who went through formal culinary school so I have an ideas what it's like to work with chocolate. What makes his works so awesome are his details to the work, like making the spring, springy. Crazy! Thanks for sharing your talents with the world 🌎
I saw the spring being springy & just said “you sonofabitch!” to 3 dogs that didn’t realize how insanely awesome it was.

Same here. My old pastry chef would be going crazy to see these. I sure as hell never! did anything like this. Half of us couldn't draw much less make something like these. So jealous.😳

I loved it! It was a school but also a competition! He didn’t solely pick the best person to win the challenge he also picked the person who learned from the challenge the most!

Just finished watching School of Chocolate. I can freestyle cook, cannot bake, and only know about eating chocolate. But I can appreciate the amazing talent. I can't stop watching.

I just finished binge watching his Netflix series. I loved the show and couldn't get over how nice he was to everyone! Learning with kindness! I can't believe the things he makes out of chocolate and everything is so life like. I hope he has s Season 2!

When I saw this piece being created, I was amazed at the number of pieces required and amazed at how you had to scale everything down maintaining the proportions! Gorgeous piece, impeccably crafted.
My favorite part the headlight lens!--all of it is amazing though.
I like how sometimes he's not using custom molds he's using things everyone should have in their kitchen like Tupperware and pots.
