@@ArchangelSundaycogs work because its not exclusive to her own turn only. If enemies take a turn and attack robin, she gets extra energy from cogs... If you have robin or even any harmony unit alongside an s5 cogs, just go to moc first floor and put your harmony unit alone preferably with no speed stats. You'll notice the difference in energy gain whenever you get hit using a cogs and non-cogs LC
Why would you look at his damage? He's not meant to be a DPS, do you also complain when your other supports don't do damage?which is not their function?
