Boothill may be the most well aged dps in all of Star Rail, it's been a long ass time since his release, he was objectively good on release and he's gotten only better and better staying above the competition, I'd count Topaz aswell but she's atleast a sub dps and closer to a support in her meta.

To beat time race, basically you need Eagle set, run sustainless, put all DDD and you good to go. Suprisingly, Seele come back with this, considering the mobs seems weak.

@@LOL-bp4cz e1 boothill here isnt actually needed because of fugue, all e1 really does is speed up his ramp up but fugue already does that for him. you probably still need e1 fugue though for it to to work out like this for 40k point, i dont think boothill could break gepard like in the video without e1 fugue
She let's the team deal superbreak just from being on the team. I'd suggest borrowing a unit (E0 and E1) and do an orb/sphere run and see if you like it or not. Perhaps pair her with a blast or aoe unit-literally anyone. If a fan, try getting E1S0.
