A Day at Dollywood with Small Kids

- Our family had an amazing time at the Dollywood theme park. In this video we'll share our experience, give a few pointers and tips, and hopefully give you a good idea of what visiting the park is like with small children.

Awesome. Dollywood is fun with young kids, I think there’s plenty of rides that aren’t too intense for smaller kids.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm putting together a family group vacation to Dollywood. We have a 1 1/2 year old and a 2 1/2 year old and we weren't sure if this would be a good choice for them. I'm guessing they need to be a little older and at least 36" tall to ride. This was so much fun to watch!
@@joannsalas I think you could still enjoy the park because there’s shows, activities, and atmosphere. But yes I think the 1 1/2 year old would be limited. In about 1 year Dollywood will be a great option. The Dollywood website could also be helpful because they list all of the attractions and you could see how many work for your family in advance.
Also take a look at the Island in Pigeon Forge. The Margaritaville Island hotel is right in the middle of an attractions center. In some way I think that area would work out better for young kids. There you could walk over to the attractions, and it’s just easy and more accessible. It’s still close to Dollywood and you can take advantage of the Island too.

Thanks for your comment! Visiting Tennessee is a worthwhile trip. Both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are fun and have tons of activities. Dollywood is a respectable theme park and is just the beginning of things to do.

This visit was in September and the temps were still pretty warm. Hope you have an awesome trip. There used to be so much to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

@@zelemont that was definitely a typo. There’s tons to do in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Much more than just Dollywood.
The mountain top parks in Gatlinburg are really neat too. I recommend Anakeesta. Hope this helps.

And yes, I think Dollywood is worth a 2 day visit, or at least Pigeon Forge is worth visiting for a couple of days. There's also a water park which is another reason to visit.
😂 I love how the baby emerged from the ride……..stomping and all because she didn’t like it😂. The heck!!! Miss thang, you’re a kid, you’re supposed to like anything that you can ride in, swing in, fly in 😂🤣😂🤣😂. I love ‘em. Another great video. Thank you😊

Yes, that's a DJI Mini2. Pretty good for a small drone. Any thoughts on the A7SIV? I know you have an AS7C, still love it?
@@fitnessnbeer9835 yes, I would like to get a drone soon. My last video (iPhone case review) was the first time I actually used my A7C, used it to record the top down… going to make it my A cam now, and my a6100 will be the secondary cam.. once a sale price happens for the A74, I’ll prob get it as my main, and make A7C the B lol then sell my a6100.
