Well, truth be told, sometimes it plays nice, but most times it's fighting me the whole way. But in the end I know that he with the most power tools, and fire on demand, will win. Thanks dude.
Fairly straight? Looks really good to me. Been away for a while with medical issues, but I’m back, and looking forward to catching up. I had mentioned to you that wanted to build one of these skiffs, but I think it’ll be a longer time before I can try. Thanks for the video, I really enjoy them.
Well I hope you are on the mend and get the chance to get after it one day. Till then feel free to live through me and keep me on the straight and narrow path. I am going to need all the help,I can get. You will see.
@@Bigeaux20 you can count on me living through you. I have several videos to catch up on, but I have no doubt I’ll enjoy every minute. Thank you very much.
Darn tootin. It still has a bunch of holes and cracks in it, but it's taking shape. Be taking pretty big swings at it lately to make it water tight. Before long she'll be a floating.
I have a specific question about the stitch and glue process. Do you need to wipe the amine blush off the epoxied sections between the stitches prior to applying to full sized fillet to all corners? I'm working on a stitch and glue boat and am a bit puzzled by that, since I've always heard that epoxy will not stick to other epoxy that has not had the amine blush removed.
I agree in some part about worrying about the amine blush. For most of my project I used 2:1 slow hardener epoxy which was non-blushing. Otherwise, I would check with the manufacturer and ask them. They are typically easy to work with. I used US Composites and they were always easy to get in touch with. Does that answer your question?
I'm not saying it's the best path to get there, but I went to Stines in Walker and special ordered all my stock fir lumber. It's clear grade. For all my 1.5" stuff, I bought 2x4's and cut them down to the dimensions I needed, and for the 3/4" stuff, I bought 1x4's and sent them through the table saw. Spent a lot of time searching around, and this was the path I took because I got a little lazy and frustrated. There is a place right across the river on Magnolia Beach that is a wholesaler as well. That may be a good place to start as well. Glad you are close. Let me know if you need some help.
Like I said it has it's place, but there are also times I think I need to slow down and explain. Just have to find the balance of the two. Keep watching and pointing me straight when I get off the path.
I meant that as a compliment . I was trying to be funny. No man all good. Well if they are replacing all that there must be enough of the frame that’s functional to do some good stuff to come. I never took your comment as negative, just good feedback. I’m shooting just to document, I’m hoping to be instructive, and I imagine it’s just comical.

Thanks for the feedback. Seems like some of the background music was overpowering to you. I can see that. We have certainly tried to improve consistently in the video production. That's not to say we didn't make plenty of mistakes. What else was there about the video that didn't meet your expectations? Was there anything that was interesting you would have liked to see more of along the way?
NICE, it is coming together nicely.

費時又工在田裡面挖個船的立體模型跟底部模型 用玻璃纖維 速成
很有可能,但這種設計讓像我這樣從未造過船的人可以造出一艘我可以使用並有信心的人。
ขอแบบได้ไหม
saltboatworks.com is where I purchased the plans for the boat I'm building. They do ship internationally.
