This is indeed the work of a brilliant architect with exceptional taste, Leopold Carlier. This château deserves to become a museum for a large part of its surface, given how well-preserved and in excellent condition it is. In fact, it is listed as part of the heritage thanks to its owner, who conducted extensive research and added copies of the documents she possesses to the Montpellier archives. This is also what the future owner is purchasing-a whole chapter of French history in Provence. A true gem.
Yes, it’s the property that impressed me the most this year. In particular, the woodwork, marble decor, painted moldings, silk on some of the walls, and the impeccable condition of everything. It’s truly a pure gem. Knowing that the same family has lived there forever is mind-blowing. Cyril - videographer
What an absolutely incredible property. The sort of thing you expect to see on that Netflix show 😂 Imagine being lucky enough to be a young child growing up here, and playing cache-cache with your friends!
Yes, we have really incredible properties in our portfolio, this is just an example. But you know what? The current owner actually lived the childhood you’re talking about, as she is a direct descendant of the same family that has lived there since the very beginning of the building. And given the love with which she speaks of her happy childhood years in this magnificent 1500m² château, her passion for maintaining, preserving, and restoring it without ever altering its essence, and her dedication to gathering all the original documents related to the place to preserve its history, one can indeed affirm that anyone passionate enough to take over will surely be able to live the life you describe. And if it’s a family with children, there’s no doubt their games of hide-and-seek will be unforgettable. Cyril - photo
The art and manner of looking for problems and flaws where there are none. The region is relatively dry and very sunny, with over 300 days of sunshine per year, making it a wonderful place to live year-round thanks to its typical Mediterranean climate. If the price to pay for that is not having a golf course-style green beneath the Mediterranean pines and other conifers, it's a very minor issue. What I see, above all, is owning one of the most beautiful castles I've ever had the opportunity to film, designed by a renowned architect, Léopold Carlier, who is also responsible for Les Halles in Béziers, Narbonne, and the Casino of Lamalou-les-Bains, among others. The castle features the most spectacular moldings, draperies, and decorations, all original and perfectly preserved or restored, in the heart of a town that has absolutely everything you need, and all just a few minutes from Béziers. It’s simply unique and perfectly incredible. The fact that you can acquire the property furnished with the original and historical pieces is, in my opinion, far more important than some vague concern about the lawn. Once again, we are offering you a spectacularly priced property that delivers unique and high-end features. And, to top it off, the 9 apartments on the top floor, soundproofed, with their own courtyard and independent entrance, along with an elevator, generate a significant and tax-exempt income due to the property’s status as a historical monument. There’s a name for that: trolls. The argument is definitely solid: oh, you’re presenting us with one of the best deals on the market right now, a fantastic château, in perfect condition, with incredible decor, in perfect condition, a park, two terraces, a garage, in the heart of a beautiful town, just a stone’s throw from Béziers and Montpellier, absolutely flawless... And on top of that, you can buy the collection of historic furniture that comes with it, and even the stunning adjacent villa with its pool...oh, but I see the lawn isn’t perfect, oh what a shame, deal breaker! 😂🤡 It’s a little game we acknowledge, with every fantastic video, which in most cases leads to a quick sale to serious buyers who have a keen eye for the beauty of what we are trying to showcase here, and an insatiable love for heritage. We always get a few grumblers who nitpick and look for problems, even when, as in this case, there are absolutely none. We also have a few bitter competitors slipping into the comments trying to discredit us. But in the end, what matters are the loyal people like you, Tony, and all the happy clients who trusted us and whom we’ve helped achieve their dream of living in France. Cyril - Photographer
The issue is that he’s the one who created the channel in 2014… and developed it with all his heart and passion for beautiful properties in France. So please, bear with the minor inconvenience of his imperfect/lack of mastery of English. After all, he’s French, and we are in France.
@@ebbyjones3177 you have made two comments on this channel so far and they both are incredibly rude and a personal harassment of the video’s host. I can only assume that your ignorance in the genre of real estate video marketing is something Leggett and Cyril have created a premier package for listings. Very few real estate companies in France make the quality videos that Leggett makes or even the different types of video content that is also available. Maybe you should watch other channels for a while.
Styl II Cesarstwa czyli inaczej mówiąc styl Napoleona III. Polecam obejrzeć Wilanow , Lancut, Rogalin, Pszczyna, Kozlowka. Pozdrawiam i dziękuję za film. Czekam na kolejne!

What a dream ❤
I felt blessed by so much beauty when touring & filming this amazing chateau.
I want this house!
And we can understand that… who wouldn’t want it ?
So, the front lawn - and I use the term quite loosely - is an arid godawful expanse? How is that, in any multiverse, desirable?
@@charleshamilton9274 Charlie it’s your opportunity to liberally sprinkle those front gardens with fairy 🧚♀️ dust, and make them your own!

The less the guy with the broken English speaks the better your chances of selling it.
