Carried home by 3 friends unconscious at 17... scared my mom and step-dad so bad... turned 21 in a recovery program. Did really good until recently. Got drunk twice in a month. Didn't feel good at all. It didn't help shit.
My ex is a musician, as am I. When I played my first show he immediately started criticizing everything and said that we could never make music together or “when” his “band” got famous and went on tour there would be no room for me to tag along and that I shouldn’t expect to be able to go with them .(which I do understand in that statement alone ) But I knew that he was basically saying what happens on tour stays on tour so I don’t want you there to ruin that “experience.” All I’m saying is to cherish this bond you two have because it is PURELY MAGICALI
Funny how we drugged up alcoholics seem to keep living when life hurts so much but the good kids die early. Almost like god is only an illusion. The pain is everywhere. God let’s us have all the pain we want till we finally learn to love ourselves and others. Life is good and it’s complete when we have a loved one by our side.
