For all of you out there struggling. Love yourself that is where you need to start. If you don’t love yourself you will not get sober. I have 570 days clean and I couldn’t imagine having 15 years sober then relapsing. It just goes to show we will never have complete control over our demons but we can suppress them. Love you all.
