When I first heard this… the lil' drum pocket… the effortless rapping in the pocket… the fact that he rapped ABOUT getting out of pocket with some KILLER bars…… I lost it. 🤯

In case anyone was confused about the kick/808 part:
Think of it like PB and J. (LOL terrible analogy)
The kick provides that "punchy" low mid frequency like how jelly is distinctively sweet and tangy.
While the 808 or sub/bass is that deep rumble you get in the low end/and makes your speakers rattle.
I guess kinda like PB, where its very thicc, strong and salty.
Together they are incredible, but if they were both salty or both very sweet there wouldn't be that distinction of flavors and textures thus "muddying" your taste buds.
Both are good in combination of each respective range but adding them together in one "frequency" or flavor doesn't work well most of the time.

I don’t say this often but every track was good man. I grew up trying to be a rapper. I still write. You inspire me. My favorite verses on this album was the whole Jackson pollock song and the last verse of mangia. All good, but those shine bright to me.
