Yep, the horn is very similar to European trains, including the 1520mm/5' gauge area. Almost the same as the horns used on Russian EMUs (e.g. ED4M). Actually, the Stadler DMUs used in Austin, TX, are just like those in Estonia. European expansion, I think. Maybe they will finally replace those weird bells with pneumatic whistles.
Great video! Arizona needs a rail line like this or Metro Link someday their could be a high speed rail link between Tucson and Phoenix but maybe they should have this instead and do high speed rail to connect some towns plus the cities

(On a serious note Dallas is a horrendous example of American Transit Infrastructure and while there are few American cities with transit on par with that of Europe I would not use TexRail as an example of American Transit.) Also yes the Stadler Trainsets are the only major plus of this system
