Très belle partition d'Honegger, à l'orchestration sensible et subtile. Quand à Paul Claudel, ce personnage m'inspire de la pitié, pour ne pas être méchant. Il semble qu'il n'aie pas eu pour sa propre malheureuse soeur un peu de cette compassion qu'il a eu pour cette Jeanne décédée il y a quelques siècles.

@@windsofnagual はい。この曲は若杉弘指揮 NHK交響楽団 他 平成初頭に初めてテレビで観賞(ビデオにも録画)して以来、オネゲルの作品中、一番好きな曲です。色んな演奏を聴いたり観たりしましたが、個人的にはボド指揮チェコ・フィルが最高だと思ってます。

劇音楽7月14日の第6曲バスティーユへの行進は有名ですよね。そしてこちらはあまり知られていないのですが、ジャンヌダルクと同じ劇的オラトリオ「ダヴィデ王」は合唱と吹奏楽、語りの編成です。実はよく演奏されるのはのちにオーケストレーションした管弦楽版なのですがオリジナルはこのような編成になっています。ナクソスに録音があります。→ th-cam.com/play/OLAK5uy_k6qcg-FXCB2gFsxp6tyrH-Y4Va2fzim4E.html
