Since you said to comment about what can be done about crime and violence. How about forcing them to learn a trade and a marketable skill from as early as primary school. I mean where you must choose a vocation no exceptions. I’m in my sixties still working in IT out of five siblings education is really the key fe true.

Fire Reid yes you are so right about Jamaica been a beautiful place especially the landscape the greenery and yes when the climate is nice Jamaica can feel like a little paradise but one have to be realistic about the kind of killings robbery rape kidnapping motto mention the lack of opportunities the poor healthcare system just to name a few , and yes there’s is crime everywhere all over the world but Jamaica is too small for us to compare it with most of these first world countries most state in America 🇺🇸 could swallow up Jamaica if Jamaica fall inside it for example if you drop Jamaica inside Florida it would literally disappear . We need back the quiet friendly Jamaica where we can go back to a normal life where we can open businesses ,play Dominoes and chat nonsense and laugh at silly jokes instead we are living in fear day in and day out .
