Such a fantastic interpretation and stunning collaboration! This performance seemed to take more time, to breathe in all the right places, without losing any of the energy inherent to the Poulenc. Andrew Brady is simply unparalleled in today's bassoon community. Bravi tutti!

One of the finest French wind and piano pieces, beautifully performed in a thoughtful interpretation. Many thanks for sharing this.

Excellent, very polished. A performance with precision and heart, qualities that don’t always go together. Thank you.

A very antiseptic sound and prosaic performance. Just another tasteless apple fallen from the Tabuteau tree. Marcel should have stayed in France.

I really enjoy the twinkle in his eye and rye sense of humor that Poulenc often shows in his music.
This performance is excellent. The level of musical synergy is high!
I have never heard a rounder, warmer bassoon sound!

Ah, the pesky insouciance of Poulenc!

A stunning performance of this piece. When I think about improving my phrasing, vibrato and interpretation I always want to listen to the best. These musicians are the best and Elizabeth Tiscione is my favorite these days. So many great oboists to listen to today but I always return to the magical playing of Tiscione.
