You can give them extra time. The team whose turn it was will be the first to answer. The other team will be second. If they fail again, you can colour this square black and it will no longer be used in the game. Don't forget to tell them what the correct answer was 😉 an alternative variant is to try again and again until one team makes up a sentence without mistakes. It's up to you to decide 😊

To mind, it’s still practice stage. In production stage students take the target language and use it in CONVERSATIONS they structure (ideally) and use it to talk about themselves or their daily lives or situations. In this exercise they should just show they know how to change the main verb.
