Hi. Nice explain. I have doubt actually the while generate skip lot that skip lot quantity where would added. Was it in unrestricted or in reserve or in block.

I need clarity on rejection of parts during skip period in line reported how to manage it with DMR ,normal inspection?

My understanding is if something rejected between one inspection lot to another inspection lot, then all lots that are skipped will undergo manual inspection...if other than this, i need to understand what the exact requirement of client, so the requirement set in DMR or not.

For example as per DMR inspect 1 in 10 lots ..
First lot comes for normal inspection and cleared as ok .
Next 10 lots will be in skip and in this 10 lots if 6th skip lot found issue in assembly line ,then manual sorting will be done and cleared .
Later in sap how to reject and assign DMR to continue?
Pls guide on this
