The second batch quantity didn't get calculated automatically, you had to put it manually (splitting the total required quantity into two). I believe it's because of the batch determination procedure you maintained, which tried to replenish the first batch fully, instead of going to the second batch. Is that correct?
Very informative and helpful video friend. Keep posting.
And just fyi youtube treats "like" and "dislike" in the same way, to evaluate the number of counts. It doesn't matter whether somebody liked or disliked ( taking reference from bindu 's conversation). Overall your count will grow. You can check it.
Still waiting more videos on VC😊. All your contents are really very good. Keep growing.

Sorry bro.... actually mean value it will calculate, in my example 28% is one batch and 30% is another batch, if I take the mean value 28+30=58/2=29, so it consider 29 % and give the results just u try it....

Hi, sir. I need your help. I need to perform automatic rounding of component values when creating a production order. for example, as a component is bags. When creating an order for example for a quantity of 100 I have a fractional value for a bag. I need to round this value to a whole number, because there is no 2,8 bags. Also this is only needed for bags, that is to specific material master. What are some ways to do this automatically? I have already used the rounding profile in MRP1, this did not help. Can I use this functionality and formulas to round only components?

Very good video, keep it coming. But I have 2 questions
    1. Why you used ( and ; in first half of the formula and [ and , in 2nd half.
    2. After batch determination as your batches has different % of carb, mathematically it should not be equally shared.
    Can you please explain.

Hi, Very nice information. I have a question here that, I have two components. By mixing them I am producing header material. Now if I update any one component quantity then Header material quantity also should be updated. I tried with CSUM but not working. Can you suggest a formula to calculate Header material quantity from Component material quantities.

Could you post a video for 2 components on a BoM having formula needed? I your case water is a simple subtraction, but can you show us how formula can be used for more than 1 component coz am facing some RECURSION error on formula when we have 2 components that need formula on them, on the same BoM

Sir, Please post another video -FG weight should not be greater than combined raw material weight, Raw material ratio changes from time to time during partial confirmatiothen. In final confirmation sum of all raw should be greater or equal to the sum of total FG material.

In this video, at the end after batch determination, system do not split the quantity. I see that you need to enter the values manually. Can this be automated so that system show the remaining qty and the allocated qty based on the MQC ?

Thanks for sharing the video. I have one doubt. Is there a way to add the quantities in range for different materials? example : I am adding three different material qtys [001,001]+[002,001]+[003,001]. Instead of having long formula, is there a way to insert a function? Like, CSUM for adding batch qtys for same material.

The content maker is doing a silly mistake at the end. Have you seen he does not select the batch from batch determination. If he does that the formula will not work. He is selecting the batch manually. This is not the purpose of MQC and batch determination guys. If you are true consultant , make another proper video or delete this . WHy ? Because you are putting a formula on active ingredient. Here you understood MQC Wrongly. You should never put a formula on Active ingredient i.e. Lemon . You should only put a formula on Sugar and on Water. Your formula will never work if you do batch determination. THis is wrong consultation. You must maintain potency value in batch characteristic and material master reference. This is called as batch specific unit of measure. Once you maintain necessary settings in batch specific unit of measure then only it will calculate lemon content in Juice properly. You are setting formula for water and lemon ,,, no this wont work in real life.
