Wow! I’m imagining the whole situation just repeating! Like Groundhog Day in space, except it’s not funny lol. That creepy crawler climbs up the spine and I’m thinking this Captain needs sleep, she’s losing it. But I will avoid details, I’d like whoever’s watching this for the first time to experience this piece of awesomeness for themselves, but VERY GOOD!
First comment here, i was literally 1:30 into the last upload and it said it got taken down and I was a little heartbroken i fidnt get to listen but it's back up now and i will sleep well :)
Haha I was in the middle of listening to the first upload, trying to sleep, when it suddenly stopped playing 😂 It was a bit jarring but I get to re-start the video so that’s a win 👍
Hello! I hope my comment about being unable to finish the other version didnt come off as nasty. Im autistic and sometimes write bluntly without considering tone or interpretation. I think if you want to make a "distorted" version, you should totally expriment and find something you think works: after all more than one version can exist, and exoerimentation can lead us to new techniques and ideas! I had originally only meant that it was difficult for me to listen to because i have hearing damage that causes vibrations in the eardrum that range from uncomfortable to painful when listening to certain kinds kf sounds or frequencies, and peaking audio regularly triggers that vibration. That doesnt mean it was bad from an artistic standpoint, just that it didnt vibe with me. Or that it vibed too much maybe?
Don't worry about it :) Your comment wasn't nasty at all, and you were not the only one to give me that feedback. It was very little work to fix the problem, most of it was waiting for the video to export and upload again.
My number 1 idea is that the nebula is a place where the veil between different realities is thin, and the fate of the Eidolon in all possible worlds is to get stuck here somehow, causing the many worlds layering effect as displayed here. But that doesn't explain how the previous capitan knew about this, somehow, and it doesn't explain how she could never find anyone in the halls. Much to consider...
It also reminds me a lot of Schrodinger's cat, what with the name of the nebula and the cat drawing. It could be that the nebula is in several overlapping states all at once, and the one state you observe is always changing. Which would explain the inconsistent scanner readings. It could also explain the ship malfunctions, and why the crew disappear (when the captain turns into her "alternate self" who has no crew). So the ship is both in the nebula and not there, and so is the crew, I guess (which would also explain why they're not finding anything at first when looking for the ship).

I noticed that
Bruh that was better than some full-fledged podcast audio dramas I’ve listened to. 👏👏👏
Thank you!
Only just found your channel from the two most recent videos but I’ve really enjoyed listening.

After listening to this yesterday, I walked in to about 3 walls, my brain more interested in puzzling it out than anything else
Really great story! Loved it. It reminds me of the Star Trek: TNG episode "Remember Me."
Thank you for the quick re-upload!! I was looking forward to this one
Your work is so good. Please keep at it. Your audience has to grow 😁
I've got shivers down my spine in the end...great story, i can't stop listening the last 3 audiolog...loved it!
Thank you! I wanted to write something that could be interpreted in many different ways, so each listener can weave their own theories.
@nightmotherasmr and It was a success...i have at least 3 of them!
Started listening at the background but after the half of the video stopped doing anything besides listening
Your stories are so good

What does it all mean........

Which would of course make the signal they responded to also an Eidolon, which is some classic Star Trek shenanigans
