As I was gathering herbs in the forest one afternoon, a storm gathered in the distance. I was lost in daydreams when I felt the first drops on my arms. I looked up and saw the sky darkening, and knowing I was too far from my cottage, I followed the ancient stone path that lead to the fairy pools in the mountains. There, I knew I would be protected by the fair folk of the forest for the night. 🌿🧝🏻♀️🧚♀️🍃✨
Better leave an offering for the fae, or their hospitality towards a visitor in their homes will turn into hostility towards a trespasser, and this could become a horror story.

I don’t think there is a single person on this planet who doesn’t love sleeping with rain sounds and other such ambiences. It does something to the brain, man. Focusing on the subtle, repetitive sounds is very relaxing. Like counting sheep but subconsciously and with sounds instead of mental imagery lol It has a similar effect is what I’m trying to say. I think? Oh I don’t know, I’m sleepy 😴 💤
Maybe it's due to the fact that we humans came from the animals of the world. Everything during rain always stays calm, even hunters rests so.. maybe all human reactions is ancestral remnants ☺ I Wish you a pleasant sleep!

This is the most realistic rainfall I’ve literally ever heard. It reminds me of sleeping in a cabin in the Forrest.

It's 2 a.m. I wish I could walk into this rainy night with my rain gear on. Lay in the middle of the street, feeling the rain drops landing on my face and hearing the sound the rain makes as it lands on my rain gear. I would cry and let out all of my worries. Knowing the rain would wash away my sorrows. There's no better healer then mother nature.
I would want to live in a forest like this. In a little cottage, all on my own, with a cat, and one of these pools out back. Aaahh, the peace, quiet and serenity….

I love the rain but it’s time to find shelter as it has become cold. I can imagine walking this path, passing tree house after tree house. Occasionally seeing a light in the window and unobtrusively peering in for a quick moment to see what the evening brings to this village people. Some may be cooking, mending garments, telling their children stories by the fire. I can only imagine what magic they have seen and heard after many years here. I would love to be a part of it all. Tomorrow I shall see if I would be welcome.

I can't imagine a more beautiful, serene or restful spot as this one. I'd sit blissfully on the trailside, heedless of the rain, and just loose myself here for several hours and not even notice the time pass by. Exquisite work as always!
This is the best rain sounds ambience I've ever listened to, because it's soft. Some of the other ones are too heavy to concentrate to.
I wanna thank you and also want you to know, that after 9 years which I could'nt sleep much, and some nights I couldn't sleep at all, I found your chanel and lot of things changed for good.
Now, I enjoy diferent "adventures" every night, by pretending I am really in the ambience you post.
You were out in the forest where you were picking out fruits, vegetables, mushrooms & flowers for you and your partner to cook with. When suddenly it started raining really bad, you were too far in the forest and it got foggy so you thought to yourself "Maybe it's best if I look for shelter instead of getting lost in all of this fog?"
You then decided to go look for shelter because even if you know your way back it would be way too difficult to go back in all of this fog, as you were looking for shelter you realized the sun was going down.
You then got worried and decided to hurry because who knows what is lurking there in the woods at night. While running you came across this mysterious light.. You were all dirty and wet from the running and falling over due to being too slippery.
You had a couple doubts about this light but the best option you had was to follow it, so you did.
When you finally reached there you realized it was all a waste because all you saw was this well with blue stuff coming out of it. It was still pouring so you decided to sit down next to the well and just relax because you got tired from all the running and falling..
While closing your eyes you said this... "I wish I could go back home.."
You then fell into a deep sleep, nothing disturbed you.. It was actually relaxing.
It was so relaxing that it felt magical!
But only if you knew what would happen when you open your eyes.. You opened your eyes due to something light and ticklish falling on your face. You open you're eyes and say "What is this on my face? Perhaps glitter?" You look up and see pink and blue fairies. "AHH!" You screamed "Shh calm down you don't want to wake up any of the sleepy animals!" the pink fairy said, "Yeah please stay quiet" the blue one then replied, "who are you?" you asked. "I'm Fay!" said the pink fairy, "And I'm Feya!" then the blue one joined in.
"The well-told us you need help getting back home, we couldn't teleport you there because it seems like your house is a Lil too far away." Feya said, ''Did I really run that far?'' you thought to yourself, "Well why are you here then?" You asked them, "Because we're here to help you silly!" Fay replied back.
Feya then grabbed your busket with all of your belongings in there.
"Let's go! We don't have all day y’k." Fay giggled while spinning and turning in the air, you got up and decided that this was your best and only option. "If it means I get to go back home, then I'll go with you."
And that's where your adventure begins.
So sorry if this is bad! This is pure imagination of mine so please don't hate!
I tried to keep it non-binary as much as possible! But the two fairies can be whatever gender and name you like! For this particular story of mine, I went with Fay & Feya as two girl fairies.

Thank you for this. It brings me back to how magical the world felt as a kid. The feeling is indescribably nostalgic, and makes me yearn for the child within me who was unburdened by the pain of existential indifference. Things like this bring me more peace than anything in the world.
Here it is, about to hit 3am and I wasnt tired before putting this on. As soon as the screen lit up with the pool in the middle? The sense of drowsiness hit me like a cool wave and I just had to say, nature just works.

I’m so glad that I found this channel. I love fantasy and the lore you described was exactly what I was thinking. Seeing this picture and hearing the ambient noises make me feel like I just discovered a magical wellspring. I close my eyes and I can imagine a young mage being sent on a mission to find this lost and ancient relic. Upon discovering this relic this is what he witnessed. I could only imagine what adventures he would have.

i love how soothing the rain sounds!! it reminds me of spring nights when the air is just warm enough for you to sit in front of the window and listen to the rain. most videos have a really harsh edge to the rain sound but this one.... a literal dream!!
could you do an ambience that is sort of similar to the library one, but instead of a proper library its more like.. a cozy study full of books. where the sound doesnt echo as much as it would in a hall full of books. with pen on paper writing sounds, as if one of your friends is writing in their diary while you relax in front of a fire place on a cozy rainy day. 💭

Most people call the sheriff 😂 My husband & I are not quite old enough to actually call the popo over a car but we’re definitely old enough to bitch & threaten to lol It’s pretty much just the local meth head that revs & speeds his junker up the road here & there, you can’t hear any other cars that happen to pass by on our little back road. It’s crazy to think some of you all have to sleep next to highways when we can’t even stand one ornery junkie lol we salute your resolve! 😂
