I agree I have done kickboxing for 20 years and now know why not had an injury

I'm with you on the Vapourfly v Alphafly. Love the former but have never got on with the latter which feel heavy and clunky and also don't like the noise they make when you run. Some folks love the Alphafly I know.

The Hokas are not Clifton 10 (due in 2024?) but Bondi 8. Great video, keep them coming!
Also it's the asics edge that is the cadence shoe, and none of the adidas shoes have a carbon plate, they all have rods. I think all this proves is Anya doesn't sweat the detail which is probably why she is such a good runner!

Just going back to the Vaporfly, the 3’s I think are SO much better, there’s been an update on the ZoomX I think it’s sorted and feels a lot quicker. Did you ever have v1? Awesome. V2 I didn’t like, I think it was the upper and they just didn’t feel as good.. x
Agree, I much prefer the V1 Vaporfly to the V2. I don't find the lockdown as good on the V2 and not a fan of the laces either. Looking forward to trying the V3.

Then ive got Saucony endorphin Pro 3 X2, which i like for speed work and marathon running.
1X adidas adios pro 3 for marathons.

I agree about Pegasus. I’m a huge Nike fan love the Vape 1’s and 3’s, Alphas BUT Nike need to seriously just discontinue Pegasus. They’re Sh** 😂😂
