I love this channel and your lessons. It's literally right on time. I just cooked medfirm tofu for two minutes in the microwave cut up into bean size pieces and fried with a diced tomato, froze diced onion, a little chicken powder, oil, some rosemary, cumin ground, two dried (undried in warm water) shitake mushrooms diced with white pepper, salt, soysauce (low sodium) and fried for a few minutes. I'm letting it sit and will eat it later for lunch with something.
