RIP, Frank Clarke, from India. So cheerful, compassionate and companionable to millions worldwide, while teaching such a simple, wonderful art! Many thanks to all involved in this production, and not forgetting his late, lovely wife, Peggy Clarke.
Thank you for putting Frank Clarke on TH-cam , I miss watching him paint on tv 📺! I know he is painting up in heaven right now and I learn a lot from him too💕💕👼👼
I was a little child, when I was watching him on TV in the mornings. I learned a lot from him on my journey to become the painter I am today. He will forever remain one of my biggest role models.
I agree that he was wonderful! He inspired me to start to paint and years later just for relaxation I’m back listening to his relaxing teachings and picking up things I missed the first time round!
So sorry, i didn't know that he was gone. Really a lovely person. I learnt a lot with him. Thanks Franck, i Hope you're well where you are now. God bless you in heaven.....
In India, it's not turf, but cow dung. They look similar. It's collected and piled high, then shaped into flat pies and stuck on to vertical walls to dry. The bone-dry discs are used as fuel for cooking. They burn with a herbal fragrance because the cows have eaten a variety of forbs, along with grass. But only in the village areas. In more urban places they are fed nothing but hay, the poor things.
Frank may be gone but he’s never forgotten and it’s lovely to see and hear him while watching his wonderful paintings come together. ❤

There are a number of Frank's shows here on youtube, but I wish all them would be posted. I'd like to also know the original dates they aired.
