Only thing I dislike about his style is his tendency to load up. His natural speed and footwork have allowed him to get away with it, but against the elite he'll be open to counters. hopefully they shorten him up c:
@@CDavisBoxing ok so at the Olympic level they're fighting fewer rounds than at the elite professional level. Meaning you can't maintain peak speed and power through the fight, so having a tendency to load up means you become more open as the fight progresses. Secondly as you are doing more rounds your opponent has more time to adjust and thus the likelihood that they can counter you, or simply time you with a simulatanous punch increases over time. They are different games my man, pros tend to have a soild highguard, soild position and tight punches for this reason. Any mistake you make can and will be exploited especially over the championship length.
@@CDavisBoxing he definitely has the goods, and the background he just has a few flaws that outta be ironed out and thats ok, its the beginning of his pro career. He's not like a cuban or east euro with 400 fights lmao

What do you mean against "the elite"? He got silver in the Olympics, he's definitely seen elite.
Put it in perspective that Shakur Stevenson also got Silver at the Olympics.
