  • FIND A TIME ⏰
    Set aside 3-5 times a day to be present with God. Start with 2 mins and add more time if needed.
    BREATHE 😮‍💨
    Close your eyes and move into God’s presence, focusing on your breath. Ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit as you breathe in, and exhale all that is sinful and not of him as you breathe out.
    SILENCE 🤫
    You can meditate on a psalm or remain in silence. As you calm down, you’ll feel the presence of God and his peace.
    That’s how you practice Daily Office! It’s like a mini Sabbath to help refocus yourself back on to God during the day.🧎
