I mean you could not place this on the stove. You would have to fix your hot tea or coffee in another device and then pour the hot liquid into this kettle. Thanks for watching. That was a great question!

It's actually a carafe, not a kettle. It's basically a thermos with a pour spout.

The one I used was labeled a tea kettle. The one i linked from Amazon was a carafe.
