Hello Melissa I'm absolutely in love with this hair tutorial! I've tried to do it a hundred times, but when I get to the back of my head, when I need to switch hands it all falls apart. Every. Single. Time and it bugs me! I can't seem to figure out how the position of my fingers needs to be. So I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on that? I think it would help me (and probably others as well) to see how to position them / how you position them. Personally, I know that when something's visualized it becomes much easier! :-) And one last thing: You're my absolute favorite braider on TH-cam. Your tutorials are awesome and the hairstyles amazing. I love them! Maria
I happened to go through the same thing just a few minutes ago. I think we have to interchange the fingers.... Meaning the fingers that are handling your back strand should now handle the front strand. I got as far as the other side of my head and then i got lost in my hair!! :D Gonna try again.

Heyyyy Missy!! I have a doofus question and don't know how to word it to make sense. I'm a mess. This video has a perfect example of how your hair parts to one side.. But the part only goes back a little ways and then the crown of your hair goes straight back but it has killer volume. Are you naturally blessed with a badass part/bump or is there some heat/tease/torture method I can use to make mine do that too?! Ok thanks you're amazing love love love
Kelsey Stroh Hey Kelsey, This was so long ago I am not quite sure if I teased the hair. Sometimes I will blow dry it a certain way then when I flip it to the opposite side I naturally get some volume. I'd give that a try (: teasing always works too (:
I love your hair! mine is a mess at the moment. I lost a lot of hair during pregnancy and now it's growing back, which is nice in a way, but I can hardly do any updos because the baby hair is coming out everywhere. :-P
I cannot quite understand if at the beginning you add the hair just from the back or also from the front and after the hear you just add from the back (top of the head) please someone help me! :D
