I was definitely skeptical when I first heard of this sorta spinoff but it honestly looks charming and cute and like they put good work into it so I cant wait for more
When the game releases I hope that they have a "Raid" game mode where you and/or up to 4 friends have to defend a village from an illager raid that increases with difficulty the more waves you defeat. Including boss fights like ravagers and redstone golems, and minibosses like the evoker. It would be cool if the enemies didn't drop gear but at the end of a match all the villagers toss you emeralds and gear and bread like they do in Minecraft And at the end of the match you should get special rewards like maybe a villager skin for defending 5 villages
Well even if it isn't included as part of the game, if they treat it like the original Minecraft we can probably expect an active modding community. Plus I can't fathom why they wouldn't have multiplayer on a game like this. That would be a really dumb decision on their part if it is only single player.
If you have Xbox game pass they just put it on there. 15 bucks a month and you can play Minecraft Dungeons as well as like 100 other games. Though it isn't released until May 20th.
It's amazing how much core Minecraft can be modified or changed to become different games with different purposes. It's a very flexible base to work from. I have a feeling we'll be seeing even more Minecraft themed games in the future which will spell good for the genre.
@@9nikola no, the arch illager isn't a player he doesn't know it's a game about imagination. So he just wants revenge/power. Also, slaves don't get paid for their products, don't have the option to keep as much food as they want, etc.

It would be neat if mojang included this into regular minecraft so you can play this in vanilla and do things in vanilla like build huge machines and traps as you travel across the world discovering and saving villages as you go on a trip to free the lands.

Poor little dude was just looking for a place to stay and maybe some friends to hang out with and the villagers were complete d***s to him. And now that karma has come back to bite them on the a** they "need a hero" to save them from the consequences of their own actions? Is there a version of this where we can help the arch-illager round them up instead?
No fren, if you look closely it was other illagers turning the arch-illager-to-be away. And he then uses the orb of dominance to, well, dominate them. The villagers are an innocent party in all this.
The villagers are by no means the "True" bad guys of this story. They were not the first to wrong Archie, the illagers were the first, that's why the the narrator says that "he was Shunned by his kin" and while it was mean of the villagers to want Archie to get lost what else would you think they would do given the relationship between villagers and illagers? They have no idea if the story that archie told them was true or not and they went with their better judgment told him to go away. In the end, Archie has a hatred for both groups and perceiving to take over and rule all of illager kind and enslave all villagers, So this is not just the Villagers fault.
I'm pretty sure that at the end, we're going to be giving Archie a home and helping him face up to his actions and past experiences. The devs did mention that the ending would be about reconciliation.
I REALLY enjoyed watching this. If you put up more vids of this content I would for sure watch it. I wouldn't mind less normal munecraft content in trade for more "dungeons" uploads. Serious Diablo 3 vibes and I love it!!!
I would suggest repeatedly playing creeper woods until you unlock the creepy crypt, it just saves you the bother of doing it later on and it helps to get better stuff before you move on to pumpkin pastures
Why would you play creeper woods multiple times? You can always unlock creepy crypt on the first time. I also recommend grinding pumpkin pastures for good weapons or creepy crypt for emeralds
It be cool of the camp area was a bit bigger and you could customise the area, build your own houses and make farmland, even a mine that you can send villages go. But looks cool, i be playing this with the kids im sure.
Zelda was also one of the earlier games where it was beneficial to repeat levels to gain more experience and better gear. But that is mainly a computer game convention, as you really couldn't repeat adventures in RPGs such as Dungeons and Dragons with the same player characters over and over.
I was constantly a little stressed that the character takes damage from the berry bushes :D even though that's not the case. 9:10 the council of sheep D:? 23:48 It's a cool effect that you can shoot through multiple enemies if they align!!
After seeing the treasure pig this is ALOT like Diablo 3. Which I have no complaints about! I definitely liked D2 LoD better. But I'm super excited to play this when its released. Looks well done imo
When this game comes out, I bet it won't take long for people to begin modding in the items from this game into regular MInecraft. Wolf Armor would look cool!

Pretty sure folks from Scicraft have already found a way to afk farm levels. No, this is not a joke. Personally I think it's much more fun to just play the game
@@Pixlriffs Ilmango has already come out with an Emerald farm that works really well with multiplayer, but it is just going back and forth between spawning areas and taking out lots of mobs. But as you said, just playing the game, repeating the levels, and increasing the difficulty would be more productive than just gathering Emeralds.

Poison cloud looks like it blocks your vision of enemies more than it hurts them.
I think upgrading the ability later makes it do more damage - but I've already seen a couple of other abilities I prefer.

The effect of shooting through multiple enemies is because of the Piercing enchantment Pix had on his bow. It normally wouldn't go through them. 15:07

I think you missed a chest at the end, when the mobs spawn in with that purple ring there are multiple rounds and at the end of it there's a chest

Huh i was kinda unsure after seeing the reveal for this but now actually seeing gameplay it seems pretty interesting
Next time you could use your fire workmate often for hordes just a suggestion but you did great any way
