They have to be a way to sue the edd. That money belongs to us as we put money into it in our paycheck.
Because of her and this video sharing this “trick” they disabled it now you only get the Hang up process

You have to keep trying. It took me a whole day to accomplish this task. I finally got through around 4:18pm and had to wait over 3 hours talk to an EDD representative. Good luck and don't give up.

They spend more time trying to counter YOU than doing what they SHOULD be doing which is upgrading their system to be able to easily handle whats going on.
I tried multiple times but finally got through yesterday May 6th!! I was on hold for an hour but spoke to someone who was super helpful. Today I was paid the 4 weeks I had pending!! KEEP TRYING!! Thank you so much! I am in tears today I am so happy!

You helped my GF soooo much! My GF got through to EDD customer service after 5 hrs of calling but she did it! Thank you! My point being to everyone who sees this, do NOT give up. Be persistent. Also the EDD representative was very kind and helpful. Have faith! You all can do it and you will get EDD on that phone. Believe and you will achieve.

And to believe that some people want to expand on this by expanding the government.
This is disgrace. Look at Amazon with over 300 million active customer accounts worldwide. You get efficient help using online chat in 2 minutes, and problem is resolved after 2 minutes. CA having the greatest software and computer engineers in the world cannot provide a basic service to its residents who are in urgent need.

Tried this method today! Thank you so much for the help. For all my people trying, keep being persistent. It took me about 30 attempts and was on hold for an hour but was able to get through a live rep and got my issue resolved. Don’t let the “your call cannot be completed” bring you down. Keep calling!

After 20-30 attempts a day for 3 days, I finally got through yesterday. Got my 7 week pending issue resolved and got paid today.

After a month of “pending” to be paid out and endless calls to the normal number this morning I used your trick and after 3 attempts got put on hold for 25 minutes and then got through and they paid me out finally! Hallelujah thank you so much for this trick! Rent will be paid next month 😃 🙏🏼

This method worked for me! I got through twice, first call was on hold for 50 mins but it was wrong department and it dropped after being transferred. The second call was on hold for an hour plus but got someone to help me resolved the issue! Thank you Ginny, you're a lifesaver!!!!
Hey Ginny, got so fried with this situation that I called Gonzales office in San Diego, they were very kind and gave me the number of my local Senator. I called them and brought ID documents to them, the girl in their office was EXCEEDINGLY professional and patient. Took all documents to their office, they are going to help me, they are apparently helping who they can. I live in Santa Barbara. If anyone in Santa Barbara area is having problems they may be able to help. AND, thanks again GINNY!

April 13, I keep getting told my call can not be completed at this time, please call again later. 10:15 - 10:30 am. Three times.
Finally got through this morning, but the first time, the rep was not able to help. She transferred me back into the call loop, and I was at it again for another few hours. I finally got through, 10 min wait, got a lovely and helpful man named James. He worked everything out for me, even found 4 additional weeks that I hadn't been paid previously and added that to be processed. I am so grateful! I even tried to do it in different languages I just memorized what numbers to push hoping I’d get through in a different language thinking there might be less people calling in in that language but it’s as busy as going through the process in English LOL

This number is for interviews. When answered they put you back on hold and then to an automated line that hangs up.
Keep trying then, I was able to get through on my first attempt today and got my six weeks that were pending paid within hours to the card!

Thank you Ginny! After a week of calling multiple times, I finally got through today (Friday, 2 PM) by using phone trick 134. Was told wait time is over 30 minutes. My call went through after 33 minutes. Phone rep was able to clear my pendings to paid immediately. Keep trying everyone, don't give up!

After calling 68 times throughout the day and just about to throw my phone out the window.. I got through. I called in at 4:20pm with the 134 trick. After an hour and 45 min wait, I was connected to a person and he has now changed my payments from pending to paid. Thank you Ginny for helping us! Don't give up calling.. be persistent!

Wait but how can it be just at one try? Back then I use to be able to get a live person right away until many people found out about their new number. But now days there’s absolutely no way to get thru even one try😣 I been trying literally for months every single day all day.

Thank you so much! This worked for me today in the afternoon. The original wait time was 19 minutes, the call went through around 1 hour 5 minutes. So just keep holding once you are on hold and the service agent got me fixed up 5 minutes later!

It worked for me! I only had to be on hold about 45 minutes, then a nice woman fixed my pending problem in just a few minutes. It all depends on who you get.
What was the pending problem? How did she fix it? I'm having the same issues after having to apply for a new claim

Ive tried this method several times and still am getting hung up on i verified my identity on id.me but could not link it to my edd account i keep certifying but havent received any payments since 12/20/2020 im very frustrated at this point and dont know what to do.

At the 1:35m mark i pressed 134 and at first nothing happened, so I quickly pressed 134 again. Nothing happened so I pressed 134 once more and was able to get through. I am now on hold. Fingers crossed.

I got in through the business employer line and they said they’d “transfer” me. And they just sent me back to the automated line and to press 121 and never got ahold of anyone it just said to call back later.

I CALLED AT 807 AM AND USED THE TRICK AND GOT THRU FIRST TRY AND SOMEONE WAS ON THE LINE WITHIN ONE MINUTE....THANK U FOF THE TRICK....IT TOTALLY WORKED.

After calling EDD hundreds of times a day, I finally got through after watching your video! Using Claimyr was the best advice you could have given me! I was very skeptical of using an auto call system, but they got me on hold in less then 15 min! I talked to EDD Monday 5/24 and got my first payment Thursday 5/27! I have shared this video with friends and family to help them, claimyr made it so easy! Thank you Ginny!

Thank you I followed your prompts and I was able to get through on hold for an hour, but I got a nice agent and was very helpful. She explained they were sole sole alerts that needed to be removed to release the pending payments, There was one that she couldn’t touch so she had to send a message to the proper department to work on that and she had gotten a reply as soon as she has sent the message to speed up the process but other than that she said I should be fine it’s just a process that they have to do.
Can you image how productive and efficient the EDD would be if they partnered with you? Instead, true to form and history in keeping with tradition they label it a threat.
The 74th try got me through, waited about 35 mins then someone finally answered. Yeah !!

I had to file a new claim and it was stuck in queue for a month and my system shows that they sent payment for those four weeks but I never received the payment. When you file a new claim, do they send you a new card?
