The fact that the thug lords are banding together to deal with Zeke Elmstone shows that he is bringing changes in the Abyss. Name Hope.
The match itself has shown that it reminds me of Yusei dueling against a dirty prison guard that was using security cameras to cheat too.

I feel like he’s going to be prepare for his next duel against the crime lords plans
I feel like the biggest reason Zeke won this first duel of the season when the others did not was because he keeps himself humble. Zeke has seen firsthand what happens when a duelist lets themselves get hooked on the fame that comes with victory and think that nothing the opponents do can surprise him because he’s seen it all. Sebastian is just an egomaniac and Hikari made an assumption (and we all know what happens when we assume)! Well that and having Zeke lose here would mean having him die and I doubt the writers want to have him killed off at any point of the series!

That was amazing, and it showed me an old school classic strategy that I never thought to use in the past.

Hey I got maybe if the synchro guy got hypnotized by them and they wanted to recruit him he won and snapped him out of it and they went to save his friends
This clip is amazing it even shows how ritual summoning is not useless. They r part of the 6 summoning methods and how everyone should know that there is no worthless cards. I'm using the ritual summoning for my blue eyes deck and cyber angel deck and prove they r helpful.

Wouldn't it be cool if Zeke had Polymerization and a Fusion Monster or two? If he did I'd want him to have Thousand-Eyes Restrict since he has Relinquished and maybe Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast or Multiple Piece Golem since they have effects that allow them to special summon their own Fusion materials which Zeke could use as Ritual materials.
The lords must be scared if they have to cheat to win
First. May Heaven bless Zeke and his Ritual Deck on his upcoming duel's victories and his upcoming freedom. Plus I would like to witness Zeke align with Sebastian and Hikari's friends (Selena, Virgil, Onaga, Isacc, Agent Edward) to rescue Hikari, Vance, Marianne, and Morton from Eternity Order's grasp and defeat the Eternity Order, who will see sense and realize they were wrong, and then form peace to defeat Valtor and destroy the Orichalcos once and for all, while rescuing Slifer and Ra, as a distraction to allow Alysseus and Travis to defeat and destroy Larthinox, freeing Leslie and Agamemnon's wife from the shadow realm and then return to defeat and destroy Valtor, Phoenix, and the Orichalcos once and for all freeing the souls including Skye and Cora. Plus, Xashin will change back into Agamemnon and reunite with his wife and move onto the heavens.
or Valtor might face the leader of the order of eternity and defeat them just like with Xashin. I also imagine the three protagonists fighting Hydrix and his pentacle deck.

Imagine if those Ante Duels (A Duel where both players stake cards and the winner of the Duel claims both cards) were to happen in the Abyss Duel Area. I'm sure the winner of the Abyss Duels would not only be interested in winning the prize money💰 but any of their opponent's cards as well.

this was an epic episode I never been so hyped
I'll give Cole this, he did really use Red-Eyes very well....though with the power of hindsight, he might've wanted to wait until Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon, Red-Eyes Black Meteor Dragon, Noctovision Dragon, and the new Max Metalmorph series, and the spells of the Primite cards existed within this universe, since they make a scrappy Red-Eyes deck into a really powerful and reliable burn deck. But you work with the best of what you've got, and this is just me thinking about what this series might be like with my modern cards. Can't really change the way the show is written or developed, nor should we.
Honestly, I had a bad hunch Zeke would lose. Mostly because the other 2 protagonists have lost a duel. But he pulled through all the odds and won. He lives too fight another day. Lets hope he can bring freedom too the abyss.
But on the next episode. It will focus on either Sebastian or Hikari. After there shocking defeats at the hands of the order of eternity and Emperor's servant.
Edit: Also very cool too see that you used the Dragon Ball Super music, Fight Against A Mighty Foe.
Zeke should have the Trap Card Nightmare Archfiends which would make a great combo with his Radiant Mirror Force. Although I kind of wish Zeke had Blazing Mirror Force and Barrel Behind the Door instead of Radiant Mirror Force so that he could not only destroy his opponent's monsters (Whether or not the opponent controls 3 or more monsters) but also make his opponent take the initial effect damage he would have taken.

If he did then he should have Spirit Barrier to make LDS invincible and maybe Imperial Custom to protect Spirit Barrier.

I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and give the same excuse the official anime has; the effects of cards in the show might differ ever so slightly from how they work in the real life game.

If Zeke can get atleast one upgrade for his deck, let it be Demise king of armageddon or Saffuras the ascendant. Both would make decent additions that aren't overpowered but if for fun he does get something op then Voiceless Voice.
