Should I not stay at nice hotels as well because the staff may or may not be getting Philippine wages? Honestly I didn’t ask what they are paid because it’s none of my business. All I know is when I go there I have a good meal and great service and I tip very well.

Manila, like other Asian cities. Night life really starts around 10pm and can go on until 5am starting Thur-Sun nights! Although i appreciate you featuring Makati’s night life, i wish you had explored more around Northern Luzon like Baguio, Pampanga, or one of the provinces in Ilocos. Maybe next travels!

Lol Anyway, I think you need to go back several times because their menu is overwhelming. But food is great and the collections are interesting.
