Remakes of both Code Veronica and RE1 have been rumoured, but so have remakes of RE5 and even RE0, so I would take all of that with a grain of salt. It's believed that Code Veronica is the most likely since it did win the fan vote. Capcom allegedly has 4 RE games in development right now, including RE9, which should be getting revealed very soon, according to the latest rumours.

Hey Sam, loving your playthrough and the longer videos! As some people have already said, there are hidden treasures - not only when you hear a metallic creaking noise but also sometimes hidden in bird's nests in trees etc. so keep checking by looking up regularly. Also I would advise using the map a little more frequently so you can make sure you don't miss anything too obvious. For example, when you went back to the village, there was a treasure you could get to on the roof of one of the buildings (it looked greyed out because it was on a different floor/level to the one you're currently on). Good luck for the next part!!
Hiya Sam, good to see you got the hang of that parry. If you're wondering about the merchants accent it's east London, I'm British so i recognised it straight away.
Here's some more vague hints to help you out, while not spoiling anything. Some treasures and shootables give off a unique sound when you're nearby. The sound design in this game is precise specific, so keep your ears open! Make sure you get the treasure map for each area; you already got the one for the Village, so make sure to open your map and check what you may have missed! The kinds and combinations of gemstones that you inlay into certain treasures (such as the elegant mask you are holding onto) not only add on to the total price of the final combined item, but they do so with different percentage boosts to the sale price. Next time you check out your treasures, there's a little guide that tells you the different sales bonuses for different gemstone combinations. Use this to maximize the selling price of your treasures!
You can send weapons to storage whithout the typewriter. When you run out of room in your inventory it's a good alternative to deleting things. Your revisiting the areas you have already been during the day. Which is good. It really does look 10 times more scary at night than during the day. It took me two playthroughs before I realized it.
@@meggo329 yea and the enimes are way more aggressive I'm like these old people musta been on steroids because I was quickly overwhelmed at night next thing I know some old man breaks my neck in like dang
Hi Sam, this game gives you plenty of resources so some disappear after a while, that hand grenade disappeared one second before you were about to get it 😂, it's nice that you made a longer video because this game is huge as you've noticed. You're getting a real pro with that knife, good choice powering it up! Here are some other tips: _You can add that charm you got at the typewriter menu, in "customize case" _You can sell every "for selling only treasure" and there are certain combinations of gems you can inlay in other treasures to make them more valuable. _I would also suggest buying the sniper rifle and the submachine gun since you're gonna need all the firepower you can get, money won't be a problem if you get all the treasures you can and inlay gemstones with good combinations (there's a legenda in the insert the gemstone menu). _Flash bangs oneshot enemies with the parasites coming out of them, like the villagers and dogs you saw. As for the remake discussion, the rumors now say that they're not reremaking re1 but they're remaking re code veronica and re0, we think Capcom will announce re9 first though, would you play a modernized version of re0😂?
Thanks for the tips! I would definitely play RE0 remake if Capcom does it! It’s so funny you ask since that was the one RE I’ve played so far that I wouldn’t replay 😂 but a remake, 💯
@@SamAndersonGames Yes, I've been following every RE playthrough you made and I remember you said that at the end of RE0, love your content! Have a nice week!
Combining the gems in certain combinations makes the item more valuable. There is a guide within the gem menu. It makes a big difference. Also, never combine two green herbs unless you are forced to because of space. Always better to combine with red and yellow or just leave them single. Also, you can just drag and drop the herbs to combine instead of going to the crafting menu. Lastly, the rifle gets a whole lot better if you zoom in while shooting at distance.
One more thing, the lake area, you already backtracked that area. The area with the creepy dark cabin was the same cabin you visited in Chapter One. The Lakeside Settlement is where the area is right after the village and farm. You're just visiting the same area but at night time.
A little spoiler for you. You can shoot the dynamite in their hands so it can explode before they toss it at you. Your aim has to be really accurate. Hope this helps. 👍
Hi sam you’re over healing, one green herb 🌿 is good for now or eggs fish vipers, don’t mix 2 greens or reds or use first aid spray til your health is higher, also use your yellow herbs soon as possible with every heal
I'm here for your part two of RE4 this morning today is my 60th birthday so this is gonna be awesome have an enjoyable week take care and thank you Sam.🖖🧋🎂🧋:).
Sam it may help to keep to keep shotgun shells crafted as soon as you have resources and ammo and keep them loaded. The grenades will help against the big guys so you don't use as much ammo
Anytime you hear a swaying metallic sound look up and shoot the lanterns also highly recommend you continue to use the starting pistol and shotgun you already have through the entire game
I don't know if you figured it out, I haven't finished the video yet, but here's a little hint: Sometimes you may hear a creaking sound, like something metal wobbling from side to side - this is hidden treasure. These treasures often hang from the ceiling and are hard to spot, but you can shoot at them and then pick them up. Ravens, by the way, also drop loot.
Doing great! As you go forward try to upgrade your favorite weapons whenever you're able. Also you may have realized this but you don't really have to be as stingy with ammo in RE4 compared to the previous games.
About the rumors comment, there's been so many rumors and alleged leaks the past few years. Capcom still hasn't announced the next RE game so nothing is confirmed yet
What resident evil will you play after this one? I think you should play code Veronica. It continues Claire's story after 2, and the remake is probably still a few years away
@@SamAndersonGames Revelations was actually a fun playthrough, but Code Veronica is quite an annoying game. Prepare to be annoyed if you play it. CV starts out great and slowly becomes worse and worse. I'd rank it about the same as RE0, possibly worse.
Small tip sam if you see a silver thing swaying back and forth you can shoot it and it drops a gem I mean if you think you don't need the extra gems you can skip it but I recommend you pick it up and in curious what game your playing next

Hey Sam, good playthrough, you are missing many items, you need to explore further the map and take your time when interracting with objects so that you dont miss them
You gotta pay more attention to the game you're playin, and the map, it literally tells you where to go, a couple times at all times...oh and start pickin up treasures, you miss a ton of them and they make you alot of money

Your missing a lot. ❤ Literally after I posted this you stopped and looked up at treasure and then opened your map which had a big diamond where you are and you closed the map and left 😂😂 Your supposed to start with 1-A at target practice 1-C requires you to know when to switch guns.
