Hey therapist friend from another therapist just wanted to say "Thank You" for this. It truly confirms the "burn out" that I have been experiencing for quite some time. I have a huge case load at a hospital, but also, I have a private practice that I normally do in the evenings, and I am not doing well trying to do both. I have been contemplating for a long time to just go full-time in private practice, but have had so many reservations, medical insurance, covering my bills, and afraid of failure. You just gave me some great inspiration and insight, thank you 🙂

You are SO welcome! I'm so sorry to hear about your burnout and want you to know that you aren't alone and don't have to keep subjecting yourself to "doing it all!"
