Is there any remedy for the complainant if police delays in investigation after registering FIR and giving sufficient time to the accused for getting anticipatory bail?

@Bharat Chugh, what action has been taken against the IO for concealing the facts from the Court? Is it not criminal intimidating act and leading the court in the wrong path. The duty of the IO is to bring actual facts. Since he has failed in his duty, he must be punished and there are various I PC sections available.
