Great recipe.
If you dont mind I tell you few variations for your recipe.
1. Grated ginger you can add.
2. You can cook rice in diluted coconut milk for extra zing.
3. You can add fresh coconut too at the end and mix.
4. Little sugar will also gives damn taste to the entire dish.
