If your sync button won’t work look up how to sync controller without a face plate on Xbox one. It helped me sync my new wireless controller. You would have to take off the face plate but at least you can connect the wireless headphones. Just in case anyone need help
One tip, it's better just connect the micro USB cord to the controller and do hard reset on the console. It's always work when the console has started and press the guide button or xbox button.

The problem with my controller is that it comes on connects then disconnects after a short bit. My batteries are fine, and for some reason my controller can't connect to any USB cable, and when I try to connect it to Bluetooth it says it's a driver problem. I think it's a problem with Bluetooth because this never started happening until I kept connecting it with Bluetooth.. Please tell me a way to fix this..
@@Qifhsa The way I fixed it is that I got a rechargable battery for the Xbox One controller and plugged it in through there. Ever since it's been working fine.

there are absolutely no videos on my problem where my controller connects and randomly searches for an xbox and does it over and over
My controller blinks the when i try to connect it to the xbox it vibrates 2 times and doesnt sync
My problem is that it will only sync if the controller is right next to the xbox
