- here i increase the battery backup of boat stone 600 blutooth speaker 🔊 by adding additional battery in parallel which cost only 100-150₹ in market or you can find in your old Powerbank. initially it gives backup of 2 hr after 2 year usage. although its charging time increased from 1hr to 3 hr.

*Battery Backup tested after one-year usage, so it was not possible to do the test in a single day so I tested it in the span of 3-4 days by noting playback time. so total backup is 21 HOURS 06 minutes + 4 hours standby(separate). among 21 hours (4 hours of movie playback and rest is all music) ALL playback was done at full volume both laptop and speaker.*

@@benben3874 definitelly if you doing it wrong.. you have to check if your speaker is having 1s battery or 2s both will have different BMS for charging, but it not that difficult to upgrade your speaker. mine is still working with long time backup

Thanks for this video. I'm just wondering how to do a li ion battery pack with negative, positive and data cable as well. My Sony XB30 bluetooth speaker has 3 connectors on the battery port. What happens if I make the battery pack without that third port?
you have to use multimeter to identifies the third terminal there are several possibilities
1. speaker uses 2S(7.4volts) battery so it is charged by balanced charger thus required 3 terminals.
2. the third terminal gives the information to the controller of the chip that how much charge is left in the battery. (generally battery protection circuit does this work)
if you can find the output voltages between wire of the battery you can easily make one using Li-on cells.

you can not use only two terminal if it is 2S battery, for first run speaker will work but battery will not charge further and may damage your speaker circuit.
How the battery back up now,after update
on internet batteries with different C rating (ex 1C 3C 10C) are available , which one to choose
1 c is enough for a Bluetooth speaker... C rating means Ah x C = max output current without damaging battery..... for example 2600mAh = 2.6Ah battery with 1 C rating can give 2.6 ampere current without heating the battery.... drawing more current can damage the battery...... usually higher C rating battery is used for drons.

speakers are connected with pins swap them and check if speaker is falty or motherboard... otherwise you can replace available blutooth sound card usually cost 400-500

original motherboard may not available but you can buy two circuit one blutooth module and one amplifier to make new motherboard. can buy from electronicscomponents.in. or robu.in ... also available on amazon but it will cost bit more.

chipka nai hai lekin tight fasa rehta hai screw driver ko speaker side se laga ke pull krne se niklega.. speaker cable detachable hain wo alag krna padega pehle.

Connection provided from a bms to different amp.batteries is incorrect. In this case source of current should be from middle point where 5volt(appx) available for tow different bms would be correct....

This is plain dumb. If you'll install another cell on the same protection circuit, be aware that the new one has the same current or similar (if the original cell is 1500mAH, the other one should be also 1500 or close), otherwise, the bluetooth speaker charger indicator will stop working (will always show as charging) and will damage the older cell because of overcharge. If you want an effective and safe battery boost, the bigger battery you'll install, must be used with its own protection circuit and then in parallel with the stock one.
Appear right but i did this with my boat 1000 and my charging works fine.. Charging light turn off after full charge.. After all this method increase my speaker backup... But i will change both cell with same power later
