Where you pick a certain make or model and discuss the history of it. Wether it’s a amp or guitar,bass ect..... that way I can sound smarter just by parroting you guys. Dude, you don't know the name of your own guitar! A J-45 is a J-45 PERIOD! A Southern Jumbo LOOKS like a J-50 which is a J-45 without the sumburst but it's not a J-45 just like the Country and Western that you see in this vid is a blonde Southern Jumbo, get it? Oh and it's not a J-50 or a J-45.
Congrats Conner on the 61 CW! I have a 59 , crack free CW and I live on the Mesa. Come surf the lane this spring and bring your Gibson. Love the Brazilian fretboard! Also my 23 year old son surfs a bit too. Hope your famillys house was not affected by the horrible weather this last 2 months. Nice job at Sunset! I always root for Lakey and you. Write some good music with that slope !
Not to thread jack.. Norm, I just wanted to say I just stumbled upon your latest book at the library and checked it out and man I couldnt put it down! What a great story. I really admire your go get em attitude. What really struck a chord with me -besides the killer guitars you always seem to find- is your kind heartedness toward the homeless. As a recent homeless person in Florida I can appreciate someone like you and your efforts. I live in Sarasota and there used to be a thriving music scene here but sadly money and the city is driving it(and the homeless) away even tho this city is heavily rooted in the arts. I wish someone like you was around here to spread the love and joy of music. Your idea for "Homeless Aid" is awesome and I know you will bring it to life. I'd love to help out any way I could if I can get to California one day. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the cool read and I appreciate and admire your kindness and hard work. \m/
