Thanks, so much Keep the basics coming, right now I'm all over the place having a playlist of practicing different styles of FMA basics. styles like Ilustrisimo with modern Arnis and traditional stuff it's been a very interesting journey since some videos are more detailed than others. Originally, I'm a kickboxing nerd I was dedicated to learning different styles of kickboxing styles. it all started with TKD, boxing, and western kickboxing from the 90s, Kyokushin, Kempo ( know some grappling and other stuff too) Aside I spent 9yr in Vietnam working and traveling to learn Yaw-Yan, Muay Thai/Muay Boran, Khmer kicking boxing, Leth Wei. etc. this rare style of Vietnamese traditional /kickboxing I tried to get the name of the style. But they just told me just go with kickboxing hehehe. like also in the Philippines, I ran across rare and underrated kickboxing styles like Sikaran and Tadyakamao were really hard to find. But I found a style kickboxing style in manila where they condition themself with Coconut trees, not baby banana trees like in Muay Thai. personally, I'm not a fan of over conditioning but it's good to learn. Sorry for my ranting but the point I was getting to, is that I'm trying to learn some weapons. combine it with Spanish sword fighting with my style. (I have slow plans to become a blacksmith with the right budget it's no rush, i have other side projects going on hehehe)
This is a great breakdown made easy to understand!
Love this stuff . Great drills for over the road. ( I'm a trucker) . Do you have any drills for empty hand maybe?
