Regarding the "Social anxiety and not wanting to talk to a friend in public" one. My dads a super social person and loves chatting with friends in public but when I was in High school, There was a guy I disliked for personal reasons and one day at the shops with my dad I see this person as an employee at the store we're in and I try not to make eye contact hoping he won't talk to me. He spots me and says he'd like to catch up and my dad goes "Wonderful you two stay here and chat" and he just sat down expecting me to talk to this guy.
I can relate to that: My mother thought it would be good for me to have a flatmate so I wouldn’t be by myself all the time. Now no 2 people are 100% compatible, so there’s always going to be some conflict, but most people are able to compromise to some degree to make living together a bit easier; I ask for a few minor changes to make my life a little easier, but I’m not allowed to have them because my flatmate has special needs, so I have to be subjected to one of his caretakers coming around every single day. Then there’s the fact that he’s noisy, obnoxious, inconsiderate, lazy and downright annoying. The day I have him out of my life will be one of great joy for me.
Its not a toxic trait to say you can do something , cuz you never know if something like the floor video can be done by those people unless you try its only toxic if you cant admit you cant do it after the fact
