This could be used to make patterns like the concord and 9th turnabout stamp range. You could also use the pattern paper you make as a template to make more at a future date keep one spare for a template so you can quickly make more. Just place stamps back on over the image to align in position. This would work well if you use lots of different small stamps. To change the colour combinations place the stamps in different areas not next to each other and use different coloured ink per quarter turn. Think concord and 9th turnabout stamps. You could easily achieve this affect with this tool. Hope this makes sense. If you make your original template black ink initially then when you use it as the template decide where you want your coloured images. Space them out evenly.
