I would say depends on your industry really. Not a lot for developers. I only use like 5 apps. I say try the trial I think they have or pay just for the month and see what you actually use and then just buy the individual licenses.
i only used bartender and vivid that cost 30$ in total for a lifetime, thus why dont i buy them and delete setapp, maybe clean my mac was useful too but everything else was useless
