Auto scrolling down or scrolling up is a common problem of laptop computer. And it's main cause is the laptop's keyboard. When a particular key damaged it can be pressing automatically by itself (laptop).
Here, disabling the particular problematic key is the best and easy way to solve this unexpected auto scrolling problem.

It won't be fair if I benefited from watching this video and it worked for me then I decide to simply walk away. I just found out it was my end button that was autoscrolling my PC. I have had to remove two buttons from my keyboard thinking they were the one responsible, the up and the down button, I can't even find those keys as they pop up and disappear. I can't thank you enough for this piece of insight. When I went to key tester, the page up key was clicking incessantly. That was my moment of realisation. I downloaded the key tweak software and I can breathe easily now. It was very frustrating when you are trying to enjoy Facebook or TH-cam and the screen keeps auto-scrolling. Thanks a million. The definitive guide to getting rid of the broken keys on the keyboard, saves a lot of money too. No need to replace the faulty keyboard, just disable it. Thanks for the tutorial.

Suggestion for everyone: before you disable the problematic key, wash the key with high air pressure. It may fix the key. Because that was the case for me.

I still have the problem, after countless antiviruses, reboots, uninstallations, control panel options, uninstalling/ reinstalling drivers, etc etc etc. This test shows my keyboard is working properly. Nothing is wrong apparently, yet my scroller goes apeshit. Good video, though :-)
