My mind is blowing up. First of all, the diamond was formed 1 billion years ago under the surface of the Earth. Now, that's a lot of history. Then came the owners who were pretty much popular names in the history. I could just stare at it all day, thinking about the pre-history, and onwards. And imagine it in the possession of Kings and Queens.

To be honest, that hope diamond came from Myanmar (Burma) and had been donated by putting on a Buddha statue’s forehead of Arrnandar pagoda (Bagan) then was stolen by a French jeweller called Tavernier.
Some people said it came from India, but due to Myanmar history it came from Myanmar (Burma) actually.
If ppl say that came from India then do they have any clue concerned with it?
We already have it that’s why that should be one of our country’s treasure! 👌

Well FYI the mine of origin is the famous Kollur mine which still is well within the borders of modern day India. It was one of the eyes of the idol of Goddess Sita. So ig this misconception/delusion of yours comes from the channel Bright Side where they mentioned Hindu priest and Indian Idol and showed a Budhdha Idol (instead of the idol of Maa Sita ).

France England journey of this glorious diamond happens just in last 400 to 500 years ...when some people stole it ...or more appropriately when you Britishers stole everything from us...this diamond was a part of INDIAN TEMPLES ORIGINALLY FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS BEFORE THIS RECENT FRANCE ENGLAND THING.
