"Real" absinthe is also usually more of a pale greenish yellow, but the cheap stuff is pretty intensely dyed and tends to bump up the ABV from what I've seen. The thing is, it's a very, very intense anise/licorice flavor, and if you put more than a dash or two in it will overpower pretty much anything else.
I can imagine some of the people who worked on this like Runesmith and Joecat watching the stream and thinking, “ I can believe that Sam Riegal poisoned himself for us...”

Her bartender friends in turn were cringing just as bad as Tal. The other of my friends were just as badly cringing.
