Does it upload directly from camera to cloud?Or it need save to the computer then the computer upload to the cloud? (does that mean the computer have to always turn on?)Thanks!!

All you have to do is just upgrade the firmware only
After you update the firmware you need change the setting of the CAMERA OR DVR/NVR make it video recording witj capture
