Best hot roller video I've ever seen!! Thank you sooo much for creating this!! My hair is the same colour and length as your model. Going to try this tomorrow!
I am so impressed by this video, this lady clearly knows what she is talking about. Here I am struggling with my mannequin and you pretty much answered all my questions. Excellent video and I very much enjoyed your commentary! Thank you so much 😊
Thanks Carly, I'm really pleased you enjoyed the tutorial and picked up lots of tips! Please let me know if there are any other techniques or hairstyles that you would like to learn :)
The best tutorial I have ever watched. How can you do it if you can't see the back of your head? I have to wash my hair every day so I would have to do a quicker version and not so precise. Hopefully it still works.
Hi Wendy, I’m so pleased you like the tutorial … a quicker version will definitely work … when you do the back of your head you might find it easier to NOT look in the mirror whilst your putting the rollers in - until you get used to it… as it can be more confusing …feel your way … it doesn’t matter if the sections aren’t even at the back when your doing your own hair - especially if you’ll be wearing your hair down. The clean sections lines matter most when you’re styling someone else’s hair - as it helps you to stay organised- but you can be more relaxed when you are curling your own hair - good luck 🥰
Hi Thanks for getting in touch. I'm glad you enjoyed the tutorial, I'm not sure when I'll be able to do a video showing how someone does this on themselves - however - I would recommend using fewer sections when you set the hair - i.e. you can be a bit more relaxed with the sectioning - and also try doing it NOT looking in the mirror - just feel your way - then you'll get less confused!! Let me know how you get on! Thanks
I just came across your video after buying my set of heated rollers. Thought it was excellent. Thank you so much! I have considerable experience using ordinary rollers but my problem is getting the pin in my heated roller. Can you help?❤
Hi I'm really pleased you found the tutorial helpful 😊 What sort of pins are you using? If you are using hair pins - you need to slide them under the roller- I have a style coming up on our live tutorials in the next couple of weeks where I'll be using heated rollers - hope you can join me - just subscribe to get a notification- hope to see you then 🥰
HI Nancy, apologies - but there is a part 2 to this video - we thought it was a bit too long to have all in one video - but in hindsight it may have been better to put it all together www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5N34...
Hi Elke So sorry - Babyliss keep changing the design of their heated rollers - but the new ones are still very good - so you shouldn't have any problems. Thanks for watching ❤️
I guess this video will help people in the hair profession if they are doing somebody elses hair, but most average lay person is not going to be able to do this on themselves, fyi, your can get a beautiful result with hot rollers without using anywhere near this kind of parting and rolling detail, dont be scared off thinking this is what you have to do to get wonderful hot roller results!
I looked under your link for the Babybliss rollers, but they don't look like the ones in the video. Are you sure those are the same ones? Maybe the product images are different on the site. Edit: The UK ones are accurate. I think the USA ones are different.
HI Hope, it can be tricky when you first start working with heated rollers - a heat glove will really help - but your fingers will start toughening up after a while . . .in the mean time once you have a bit of the hair wrapped around the roller you can hold the bit of the roller with the hair on it - this will make quite a big difference. Happy New Year :)
Hi Judy, thanks for getting in touch, you can do this yourself - but you don't need to worry about being too perfect with the sectioning. Let me know how you get on :)
hello very nice lady hairstylist please kindly film how you roller set your own hair using the hair rollers please kindly film ok please kindly reply back ok? Thank you very much
It’s definitely something we would like to film but pam can’t film this on her hair type - so please bear with us while we try and find a way to create this video!

This video is so great! Could you do a tutorial on how someone could do it on their own hair themselves? :)

I wish this showed the after look with styling.

I’d like to have the exact rollers that you are using. Your link leads to Amazon but all the rollers are different from the set that is shown here
Hi Elke
So sorry - Babyliss keep changing the design of their heated rollers - but the new ones are still very good - so you shouldn't have any problems. Thanks for watching ❤️
Lol we used to use Dippity- do gel to roll rollers..
I've never tried that !
@@createbeautifulhair6642 Ha ha..thar was old school in 1960's..that was a brand name...Dippity- Dew..any gel will work. TY..:)
Thanks mam.. ❤️🌹
Glad you enjoyed!
The link to the product doesn't seem to work, what brand and model are the rollers please
Ahhh sorry - I am using Babyliss thermo ceramic heated rollers, thanks

Thanks Kimber - you're right - I teach people looking to become bridal hairstylists as a job - bit of a niche area :)
How hot are your rollers? Mine get too hot. Thank you.
You want to get them as hot as you can handle them - I'd reccommend getting a heat glove and using that, as they're more effective the hotter they are
Thanks a lot
Glad you enjoyed!

So sorry for my delay in getting back to you. Babyliss change the design quite often, but they are all really good ❤️
عملك متقن 😍
What’s the roller size
I used the medium sized rollers from the babyliss roller set :)
Why do my fingers burn when I touch the rollers?
HI Hope, it can be tricky when you first start working with heated rollers - a heat glove will really help - but your fingers will start toughening up after a while . . .in the mean time once you have a bit of the hair wrapped around the roller you can hold the bit of the roller with the hair on it - this will make quite a big difference. Happy New Year :)
Isn`t it difficult to do this by yourself?
Hi Judy, thanks for getting in touch, you can do this yourself - but you don't need to worry about being too perfect with the sectioning. Let me know how you get on :)
hello very nice lady hairstylist please kindly film how you roller set your own hair using the hair rollers please kindly film ok please kindly reply back ok? Thank you very much
