this is so awesome! I have been looking into skincare/shower items and you just made me think! I think I need to give this a little more thought... All these things social media shows me that I need, I don't think I really need them.. thank you for this!
This is kind of funny since most of your no-buys are what I plan to try out this year. I’ve never had a manicure in a salon, nor have gotten lashes done 😂 I typically go out and cut my hair once a year, never dyed or bleached or even curled my hair. Instead of a no-buy, I plan to try them once!
Great video! Thanks for sharing. I started buying one fruit at a time and only enough to eat within a week or less. I wash it(cut if needed) and split it into my little lunch containers, so that it it ready to grab and eat. Use it as snacks or take it for lunch as my desert 😊 not allowed to buy another fruit until the first one has been eaten. Really helped me to stop wasting fruits. 😊
I also try to avoid buying too many shower products. Right now I just have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 2 face washes. I would cut down to one face wash, but one helps with acne and is a bit drying, so I need the other one to switch off! Love these videos😊💕
Wow #4 was something I was JUST looking up, facials. I also google it every so often and can't justify it in the end. So something I thought of while you were speaking, is "what if I pay myself?" What if I literally put away $10 everytime I use that nice face mask. Every breakfast sammie prepped is $3. That eyebrow lamination kit from amazon? Everytime I use it, $5. Then whenever I want to re-invest I can pull from that. Or, option 2, at the end of the year get a massage or whatever with the total money so I can look forward to that service. Food for thought!
Last year, I cut out disposable menstrual products and I’ve never looked back! I probably saved $1000 last year just by buying a menstrual cup and reusable cloth pads. This year, my husband and I decided to not go to any restaurants or get any take out. Ever. Instead, we have been borrowing cook books from the library and pushing ourselves to make restaurant quality food at home. It’s a lot of work but the results are amazing. We made butternut squash ravioli and white wine sauce completely from scratch and it cost us $30 for 8 servings!
I sometimes feel ripped off when I go to an "aesthetic" Café. I get a coffee and maybe sth sweet and it's most of the times quite expensive 🙃😅 I got so excited that you uploaded this video cause I have already planned on filming this too and I have my list ready 😅 it was great hearing what you're not going to be buying in 2023 ✨️💕
I'm with you on not spending on beauty treatments. I even have my boyfriend cut my hair now lol. It's because my hair is long and I just have him trim the ends bluntly and then I do the curtain bangs and face framing layers. It's not as nice as a stylist but I save hundreds a year plus no more hassle of booking appointments
Getting my own gel nails kits from Amazon and doing my own nails from home has been life changing! Not only I do exactly what I like (as I often felt unsatisfied with nail salons), I save so much time and money! Highly recommend doing our nails than going to the nail salons!
I loved this video! I didn’t even think about the things I should stop buying but now I’m def going to make those goals. I agree with the nail thing it blows my life lol. I was wearing press ons as alternative for a while.
I'm not sure if you're still not buying fresh fruit in 2024 buttttt.. tip for fresh fruit if you ever reconsider if you're not, wash your fruit with vinegar the same day and have them ready to eat. I wash mines as soon as i'm home. I use an extremely large pot and let them sit in vinegar water for as long as possible depending on how busy i am and put them in a jar so they're ready for me to eat every morning. I also leave some of it (apples, oranges, plums, peaches) on my kitchen table ready to grab and go. Also, the more organic your fruit is, the faster it molds. I love organic fruit but buying it in small amounts is best. Hope that helps! Fresh fruit is alive food
Omggg i Watch kyra s channel too! 😅 i want to stay away of eating out unless it’s a birthday or something like that, i want to save more money too! And definitely the shower products, i did the same too , and nothing bad happened by just buying the basics! Thank you for your video!!

And I like how open you are with your struggles, it makes you and the videos so much more relatable :) 💟 Also, thanks for posting so frequently, I really appreciate it. Yet I still check probably everyday if you maybe posted something new haha :) have a good day!
I read that facials don't really do anything because the time they are on the skin is far too small. So it doesn't really matter if you do it or not :)
I felt ripped off just last weekend. My friend had a birthday party and after hanging out at her house we all went out to a karaoke club. I almost didn’t go but felt it would be lame if I went home early (totally shouldn’t have cared about that!). When we got to the door of the karaoke club, we learned it was a $30 cover charge! Just to watch random drunk people sing poorly! It was not my vibe at all which I knew when I got there, but I paid and went in anyways. I regret it and feel like it was such a rip off.
One thing about eating frozen food Zoe, it’s that they take away all the fiber so the fruit lasts longer. And fibers are reaaaallly important to reduce glucose peaks. I read this amazing book “glucose revolution” that explains in such a fun way how damaging glucose peaks are and how overtime they lead to type 2 diabetes. Btw, I’m Brazilian and the cost of fruit in North America is sooo high it’s obscene 😂. My husband is doing his post-doc at Harvard and when we went to do groceries and I wanted one freaking pound of grapes they cost 6 usd BEFORE tax, I mean, what the actual hell? I find it VERY expensive to eat healthy in NA, in South America (even though cost of living is through the moon, like everywhere these days), still, it’s much more affordable than eating junk food.
Totally feel you on the beauty services!! I’m currently hooked on getting my lashes done which is $80 for a fill every two weeks 😫 but I’m still meeting my savings goal every month so for me it’s a nice little self care moment. Loved this video, it really put a lot into perspective for me 🫶
also another thing i want to try to avoid buying is alcohol but that is more to do with more general personal goals rather then money reasons but money reasons do play a factor.
Hi Zoe, I loved this video! It definitely is making me think of things that I can cut out and not buy this year. So funny that you're talking about not buying beauty treatments and I am getting my legs waxed today 😂 However, I haven't had them waxed in a while and I find shaving really irritates my legs for some reason - so I can justify it! I would definitely recommend a diffuser! I have one from Saje along with several of their oils, and it is a much cleaner way to fragrance the home.
If you benefit from the treatment is so worth it!! I'm the opposite from you, its waxing that makes me break out 😂 but it lasts so much longer I wish it didn't haha. I love Saje roller oils and have been wanting to try the diffuser. I think I will do it though! 💖
If ur looking for recommendations the Aroma Om diffuser from saje is amazing and has a lifetime warranty ! used to love bath & bodyworks candles too but diffusing is so much healthier for u ! love your videos !❤
Even if we did less of all the things you mentioned we would save a lot Nail salons are now charging $3 for "special/new" polishes which is ridiculous since it really is their stock - I think a lot of little charges got added in during the pandemic to make up for volume of sales but I don't begrudge them but I think twice about it - I do my own manicures but go out (but less often) for pedicures and skip the "spa" pedicure for the most part and consider it a treat instead My other savings is to use up what I have of beauty products instead of buying new
OMG yes!!! I never tried eyelash extensions because I didn’t want to love it and feel like I need it! I do waxing at home and its my “me time” and it don’t have to pay to get my brows done.
The nail salon was literally me two weeks ago. I was given a gift card to a fancy nail salon I'd never go to because it's overpriced, so I decided to go versus my usual (much cheaper and better) salon. I've wanted to try this place for a long time though and keep telling myself no because it's so pricey. Well I finally went and regretted it! For some reason the staff couldn't get my card to work so I had to pay out of pocket :') the manicure wasn't even worth it, they didn't do all the nailcare they promised and it chipped shortly after (plus my nails are now in rough shape). It reaaaally sucked but just reminded me to trust my gut (and do my own nails)! Also love the comment about leaving a bar if you're not inspired by the menu. ALSO! Getting my hair done - I got a balayage last year and LOVED it but I ended up dropping $400! I really miss the hair but cannot rationalize spending that much on my hair, on top of the extra care products like colour shampoos...I'll just stick to a basic haircut and my natural colour. I'm also addicted to scented candles too...but on a somewhat positive note (?) when I got covid awhile ago it messed up my sense of smell and now I can't smell candles without getting SUPER nauseous - it definitely sucks but at least I'm saving money, haha :')
omg the candle part made me laugh 😂 love your positive thinking!! That SUCKS about the nail salon, kind of crook vibes haha .. so true about the hair! I always see photos of gorgeous balayage but the price keeps me with my natural hair. It pays to embrace our natural features hehe
I agree with point 1 but with nail salons, I do think we have to consider the cost of upkeep for the technicians, because the rent cost for those salons go up with inflation too. I have several beauty technician friends (one of them does lash extensions and nails in her house and charges way less than a salon!) I’m from L.A. and the cost to get nails done is about $60-70 for BASIC GEL. including tip. It used to be like $40 tops. But one of my friends explained, that technicians only get half of what you paid because it goes to cost of the rent, cost of equipment and supplies, and besides tip, they make like $15 an hour. It’s truly kinda sad.
oh my gosh for sure!! i feel like to that point it’s important to give good tips when you do go because those technicians work so hard. But id rather simply not go than spent too much or not be able to tip fairly 😭
@@ZoePritchard at the end of the day, it’s definitely only the salon owners who profit so O totally feel you. When prices were lower I used to tip my technician like $20. now I seriously only have like $5 to tip //
Here’s one I’m gonna be strong with this year.. Bill splitting! I hate to be petty, but recently me and my girlfriend went out with a group to a restaurant. Neither of us were that hungry so both had a vegan burger each and I had a coke she had a water. Everyone else had steak the size of a human head, lobster, starters, desserts and alcohol. My partner and I worked out ours came to £39, we ended up splitting the bill and I felt to awkward to say anything.. £50 per person! So a hundred quid for two vegan burgers. Never again.
Nooooo! It makes me think of that episode of Friends... I have to say that is (luckily) not a thing in Canada. When we split a bill the server rings up our individual purchases (so you only pay for what you ordered!)
A similar thing happened to me, I just went on a week long holiday with 7 guys (I'm a girl). I eat maybe a fifth of what they eat and I don't drink alcohol while they had wine at every meal + stronger alcohol every evening. They ended up splitting the bill evenly, making me pay almost 10 times what I normally pay in a week for groceries 🥲 So I said the same thing, never again ! I don't care if I seem petty at this point
I agree so with you so heavy about leaving a restaurant!!! I’ve done this so many times due to cost and because I have a lot of allergies 😂 but the people I’m with always feel awkward for leaving a restaurant and I’m like ?? Why?? - apologize to the waitress and leave lol
If you buy fruit and it’s going bad, you can usually salvage them by freezing for smoothies or banana bread etc. I have the same issue when I buy fruit. Also, when did cocktails become such a rip off!! Most of the time theyre the same price as an entree.
Love your video! For the food saving part, I think that trying an app like too good to go or sauvegarde could be fun 😊I do it in my small town and I eat at my local bakery for 1/3 of the price!
My sister and I walked into a restaurant and it smelled like a dirty bathroom and the tables were dirty so after no one even bothered to greet us we just turned around and left. I know people who would have forced themselves to stay but that could never be me 😂
I work from home so I’ve been obsessed with cooking my meals at home and I’ve been learning so many recipes. The only time I treat myself for eating out is on a weekend because let’s face it , I have my days where I don’t feel like cooking and that’s on a weekend when it’s my day off and I want to relax. Also, I agree about the nails! I was spending $50 to get a gel manicure on my own nails and that’s like $100 a month 😢 nooooo sir! I’m gonna get this gel taken off and do paint my own damn nails. I have a huge box of nail polish just sitting around
The diffuser sounds like am amazing idea but be careful with essential oils around Maggie :) apparently a more "passive diffuser", so like a reed diffuser - is a safer option!
Such a good video Zoe! Loving your content recently so much!!! I am the SAME as you with Tims/Mcdo breakfasts, I actually started making them at home with frozen hashbrowns from the grocery store (5$ for a huge pack), and sausages/bacon and the egg is so easy to make (for the look of it, you can cook it in a stainless steel mason jar's lid -- look it up, im explaining wrong haha!) and it 'looks' like the breakfast, which makes it easier to crave it FROM home!
So excited to get into this video!! Also please tell me where you got this sweater, I’ve looked everywhere after seeing it in your videos at the end of 2021!
One thing that I don't feel ripped off when I pay for it is my facial session. I bought a 10 session package for 1,400. For me, that's great and I'm satisfied with the result. 😊
Item number one is the best thing u really need not buy again. Feel so angry right now at every establishment that wants to ripped off their client/customer. They shouldn't exist.
Instead of a diffuser get an air purifier. Life changing if u have pets and nothing is better than plain clean air. Diffusers, essential oils and incense can be toxic for dogs so just double check what u buy! Love the video ❤
I feel most ripped off making literally ANY purchase at an amusement park. Like bottles of water for $6. I remember spending $32 for lunch and it wasnt even that good. And for some of the rides, you had to pay $3 for a locker rental to put your phone and wallet in. It sucks.
im a sucker for skincare, i usually go to the body shop and lush and holland and barretts here in the uk. but once all my skincare finishes, i will stick to coconut oil. cheap and cheerful :)
Just for the diffuser make sure you get dog safe scents/essential oils…for example Tea tree oil is very toxic to dogs and can make them sick and could cause your dog’s anxiety to be worse if they don’t feel good
yeah i did the math on me buying mcdonalds everyday i can save a lot. for now though i have budgeted for mcdonalds for almost the next 5-6 months but after that by then i really want to have at the very least started to cut down a lot.
Omg the berries thing, I am the same hahaha😂 I never thought of that but my mom was the same in the sense that we never had like fresh berries and these more expensive kinds of fruit in the house unless it was for a special thing like if she was making a cake or some sort of a dessert if you know what I mean. So now I find myseld in the shop thinking whether I should get raspberries, what will I eat them with, whether I will be at home so I can divide the packet into 4 servings etc wow I never realized until this video😂
Zoe, you do have fabulous skin! I swear I think about how nice your skin is every video haha. If you're not getting facials now, there's definitely no need

I take baths with dead see minerals, flowers and herbs instead of ancient bath spas . The only thing I get a massage once in 2 weeks ,cuz all the Massager I bought from Amazon don't substitute a good in person massage . Cuz you can pamper yourself on a budget .
Supper at a restaurant is only for birthdays which is three times a year and at a buffet. If we do take out it's once every two weeks and it can't exceed $40.00. Nails are done at home. I went and my nails done once at a place years ago. Zoe can you provide a link for your skin care please 🙏. I liked your style for this video always honest.
an interesting question what are places i feel ripped off and to be honest i cant think of any place i have felt ripped off like if i go to a bar for example i just go in expecting to pay 100 for myself for the night lol.(this can inculde the taxi to get home if i do not manage to catch the bus/metro to get home since the metros and busses stop at around 1pm ish but bars are still open to 3 lol)
$50/hr is pre-tax, so after tax, it’s probably around $30/hr in Montreal. $60/mani is after tax money. Now you’re using the same type of money for comparison. $60/mani + $30/hr = $90 for a 1-hr mani service. $30/hr * 3 hr = $90 for a 3-hr self-mani. Equal only if you’re taking those hours away from your job (“spending” $90 for both scenarios). If you’re still working the same amount, and then do your own nails (earning $2k in total and not spending anything, for example) it’s actually cheaper than doing the same amount of work and spending $60 on a mani service ($1,940 after paying $60 to someone else). I make $110/hr, but since I can’t work overtime, I’ll make max $200k/yr no matter how much I work or kill myself for my job. I don’t pay someone to clean my house at $40/hr because my downtime isn’t spent making more money. If it IS spent generating more income, then paying someone else to clean is worth it.

La Mer is owned by The Estée Lauder Companies so I am sure there are drugstore dupes somewhere. There is no need for super expensive skincare, if the skincare you have right now does the work. Also, sorry for saying that but a cream that goes on top of your skin will not change the base of your skin. No cream will change your face drastically or make fine lines disappear for life. Some cover it, some help but if you need a drastic change you will definitely not get it by a cream social media is pushing as the next big thing.
27:56 not quite your experience but until 2 years ago I thought it was bad for you to eat the whole pack of raspberries because we always had to share 3 packs between us 6 kids lol and it was always such a conflict because everyone wanted more 😅 Now that I can buy them myself I get them quite often but I guess it doesn’t hit the same anymore because I can eat however much I want haha

That is really genius!! Love it 💖
Last year, I cut out disposable menstrual products and I’ve never looked back!
We made butternut squash ravioli and white wine sauce completely from scratch and it cost us $30 for 8 servings!
that sounds delicious 😍😍
I sometimes feel ripped off when I go to an "aesthetic" Café. I get a coffee and maybe sth sweet and it's most of the times quite expensive 🙃😅 I got so excited that you uploaded this video cause I have already planned on filming this too and I have my list ready 😅 it was great hearing what you're not going to be buying in 2023 ✨️💕
i feel this!! especially when they want an extra dollar for oat milk 😭
I always feel ripped off at Starbucks. The coffee isn't any better than the coffee I make at home, but it always costs so much.
Yep ! If I go Starbucks meet a friend I only get a tea for €2.30 and babychinno for my son so that’s two things 😂 I refuse buy coffee out now !
babychinno 🥺
I'm with you on not spending on beauty treatments. I even have my boyfriend cut my hair now lol. It's because my hair is long and I just have him trim the ends bluntly and then I do the curtain bangs and face framing layers. It's not as nice as a stylist but I save hundreds a year plus no more hassle of booking appointments
woah that is so good!! im not sure i would trust my bf haha maybe when my hair gets longer
Getting my own gel nails kits from Amazon and doing my own nails from home has been life changing! Not only I do exactly what I like (as I often felt unsatisfied with nail salons), I save so much time and money! Highly recommend doing our nails than going to the nail salons!
yesss yes yes!! plus you get to watch a movie/youtube/tv in the comfort of your own home 😍
I loved this video! I didn’t even think about the things I should stop buying but now I’m def going to make those goals. I agree with the nail thing it blows my life lol. I was wearing press ons as alternative for a while.
Really enjoying your videos! I want to stop buying expensive snacks/food, especially that I can easily make at home
Hey Zoe 👋 u look so good in this video ur skin/Makeup,u glowing. Also the video quality is amazing
Omggg i Watch kyra s channel too! 😅 i want to stay away of eating out unless it’s a birthday or something like that, i want to save more money too! And definitely the shower products, i did the same too , and nothing bad happened by just buying the basics! Thank you for your video!!
HAIR SALON! cut + balayage in San Francisco is easily $400+. started cutting my own hair!
OUCH!! that is so expensive 😭 how did you learn to cut your own hair!! when my hair is longer maybe ill try 🙈
@@ZoePritchard yea! I have super long hair so it's hard to mess up - learned on youtube of course! "Pickuplimes haircut"
I love your videos! Your personality gives me warm vibes. And I like how open you are with your struggles, it makes you and the videos so much more relatable :) 💟 Also, thanks for posting so frequently, I really appreciate it. Yet I still check probably everyday if you maybe posted something new haha :) have a good day!
omg thank youuu!! 💖💖 this is so sweet hehe 🙈 ill do my best to put out more more videos hehe
I read that facials don't really do anything because the time they are on the skin is far too small. So it doesn't really matter if you do it or not :)
Love that split second where you say like 2014 is 6 years ago - girl, we all feel the same. 2 years were stolen from all of us! :D
haha i'm still 24 in my mind 😂
I felt ripped off just last weekend. My friend had a birthday party and after hanging out at her house we all went out to a karaoke club. I almost didn’t go but felt it would be lame if I went home early (totally shouldn’t have cared about that!). When we got to the door of the karaoke club, we learned it was a $30 cover charge! Just to watch random drunk people sing poorly! It was not my vibe at all which I knew when I got there, but I paid and went in anyways. I regret it and feel like it was such a rip off.
oh my gosh $30 is astronomical!!!! i would feel so ripped off too
One thing about eating frozen food Zoe, it’s that they take away all the fiber so the fruit lasts longer.
Loved this video, it really put a lot into perspective for me 🫶
thank you so much for your support!! 💖 love you!
What do you want to stop buying in 2023??! Let me know in the comments 💸 Thank you for watching & please give this video a thumbs up ❤
i am trying to stop buying mcdonalds everyday -_-
👍🏿
also another thing i want to try to avoid buying is alcohol but that is more to do with more general personal goals rather then money reasons but money reasons do play a factor.
@@winndelljohnson02 was that thumbs up for me. if so yeah mcdonalds is a hard thing for me to quit i have been trying for a while now :/
Hi Zoe, I loved this video!
Ahhh that is the one I always come sooo close to getting. I love saje and their oils 😍
I do waxing at home and its my “me time” and it don’t have to pay to get my brows done.
amazing!! I once won a set of eyelash extensions in a giveaway and I hated them they were so irritating 😂 (if that helps haha)
Love Kyra Ann aswell ❤ Loving the finance videos
yay!! im so glad 💖💖💖
Just a side note on diffusers - please research which scents are not advised to be used around pets
Exactly!!!!!!!!
yesss I will be so careful 💖
They ended up splitting the bill evenly, making me pay almost 10 times what I normally pay in a week for groceries 🥲
So I said the same thing, never again ! I don't care if I seem petty at this point
I almost always feel ripped off when I eat out. Majority of places here in Vancouver are ridiculously expensive for what you get.
classic vancouver 😂😂 i spent so much on sushi when i was there! it was really good though haha
Most of the time theyre the same price as an entree.
soooo true about the cocktails!! like $18 is the norm now its wild
Brilliant list!
Love your video! For the food saving part, I think that trying an app like too good to go or sauvegarde could be fun 😊I do it in my small town and I eat at my local bakery for 1/3 of the price!
Ah that is so cool! I'll look into it :) I've tried Food Hero and it was always the raaandomest products 😂
My sister and I walked into a restaurant and it smelled like a dirty bathroom and the tables were dirty so after no one even bothered to greet us we just turned around and left. I know people who would have forced themselves to stay but that could never be me 😂
yikesss no way! you did well :)
The diffuser sounds like am amazing idea but be careful with essential oils around Maggie :) apparently a more "passive diffuser", so like a reed diffuser - is a safer option!
yess so true! I need to look up what is pet safe and what isnt 💖
Such a good video Zoe! Loving your content recently so much!!! I am the SAME as you with Tims/Mcdo breakfasts, I actually started making them at home with frozen hashbrowns from the grocery store (5$ for a huge pack), and sausages/bacon and the egg is so easy to make (for the look of it, you can cook it in a stainless steel mason jar's lid -- look it up, im explaining wrong haha!) and it 'looks' like the breakfast, which makes it easier to crave it FROM home!
woah I NEED to try this!! you're so genius hehe ❤️
OMG YAYY NEW VIDEO 💃🏻
hiii 💖💖
So excited to get into this video!! Also please tell me where you got this sweater, I’ve looked everywhere after seeing it in your videos at the end of 2021!
hii!! sweater is from h&m im pretty sure they still have it
One thing that I don't feel ripped off when I pay for it is my facial session. I bought a 10 session package for 1,400. For me, that's great and I'm satisfied with the result. 😊
thats amazing!! if youre seeing results its so worth it 😍😍
Item number one is the best thing u really need not buy again. Feel so angry right now at every establishment that wants to ripped off their client/customer. They shouldn't exist.
I'm just trying to avoid Amazon and Target lol! Its so hard 😅
If we had Target in Canada I would be bankrupt 😂
Instead of a diffuser get an air purifier. Life changing if u have pets and nothing is better than plain clean air. Diffusers, essential oils and incense can be toxic for dogs so just double check what u buy! Love the video ❤
Ahh great idea!! You're right about the oils, thank you for reminding me 💖
I feel most ripped off making literally ANY purchase at an amusement park.
Oh body shop 😍 if I go in there its game over haha
Just for the diffuser make sure you get dog safe scents/essential oils…for example Tea tree oil is very toxic to dogs and can make them sick and could cause your dog’s anxiety to be worse if they don’t feel good
yess thank you for the reminder 💖
I feel you on the facials. I've never actually gotten one but every few months I look at them on local salons websites
they look so luxurious and relaxing but i just can’t justify it 🙈
Love these tips. And the eczema thing is so true, I can't have scented candles around either!
💖💖💖
Lately I’ve been feeling so ripped off everytime I go out to eat or get takeout. I find prices just keep going up and quality keeps going down 😓
oh man this is so true!! and the portions getting so smol 🥺
When I grocery shop for my parents they request so much fruit.. I easily spend $30 a trip on their fruit list
I eat a lot of fruit as treats. So I spend a lot and do sometimes waste it. But I'd I don't have it I eat crap
yeah i did the math on me buying mcdonalds everyday i can save a lot. for now though i have budgeted for mcdonalds for almost the next 5-6 months but after that by then i really want to have at the very least started to cut down a lot.
Omg yes to places I feel ripped off. I HATE that feeling
Even though it is needed but getting my oil change. Something always come up that need to be done.
Omg the berries thing, I am the same hahaha😂 I never thought of that but my mom was the same in the sense that we never had like fresh berries and these more expensive kinds of fruit in the house unless it was for a special thing like if she was making a cake or some sort of a dessert if you know what I mean. So now I find myseld in the shop thinking whether I should get raspberries, what will I eat them with, whether I will be at home so I can divide the packet into 4 servings etc wow I never realized until this video😂
hahha exaaaactly the same 😂💖
Zoe, you do have fabulous skin! I swear I think about how nice your skin is every video haha. If you're not getting facials now, there's definitely no need
Aw thank you!! I honestly owe it all to those TVAL products I mentioned, they transformed my skin! 💖
I do my own highlights and hair cuts thanks to TH-cam) I do my own pedicure and nails ( press on nails ) I do my own facials ( I bought some beauty gadgets . Instead of spa ,I bought portable sauna , instead of gym TH-cam workouts . I do my own anticellulite treatments ,I do my hair treatments ,I whiten my teeth at home , I even do laser at home with a portable Lazer, I do my own eyelashes .I do my own skin care and body care . I take baths with dead see minerals, flowers and herbs instead of ancient bath spas . The only thing I get a massage once in 2 weeks ,cuz all the Massager I bought from Amazon don't substitute a good in person massage . Cuz you can pamper yourself on a budget .
yessss I love this!! i gotta learn to cut my own hair 👀
I make my nails myself with nail polish and a base top coat 😊 7,99$ nail polish not expensive 😂
cest parfait 😍😍
Girl, you are doing great! I love watching your videos. Please water your plants though. :)
hahaha I will 🌊🚿 & thank you!
I am abstaining from buying new makeup and skincare (Except for refills). Scented candles give me nausea and migraines.
Those plastic laundry jugs are the worst I wish everyone would make the switch! Not buying these things will be so worth it!
yessss 100% ❤️
also something that does make me feel a bit ripped off taxis.(mostly because i can for the most part just take a bus/metro).
No shoes this year!! I already bought a pair as a side job but they’re going back to the store 😂😂
Supper at a restaurant is only for birthdays which is three times a year and at a buffet. If we do take out it's once every two weeks and it can't exceed $40.00. Nails are done at home. I went and my nails done once at a place years ago. Zoe can you provide a link for your skin care please 🙏. I liked your style for this video always honest.
yesss here's the link: tvalskincare.com/ They also gave me a super generous code to share for 20% off!! It's TVALHAUL let me know if you try it 💖
@@ZoePritchard thanks very much
The trick is going to beauty school for facials!! Anywhere from $20-50 so reasonable!
genius!!!
an interesting question what are places i feel ripped off and to be honest i cant think of any place i have felt ripped off like if i go to a bar for example i just go in expecting to pay 100 for myself for the night lol.(this can inculde the taxi to get home if i do not manage to catch the bus/metro to get home since the metros and busses stop at around 1pm ish but bars are still open to 3 lol)
If you end up buying a diffuser please tell us which one. Does anyone else here in the comments know about a good one? I need recommendations ☺️
I'm looking at either Vitruvi or Saje!
Massage places usually do require a tip
I relate to this video so much yesss
So amazing and teachable.
I am only going to buy clothes that I love and can wear on multiple occasions. To many times have I bought an outfit just to be worn once.
Loved your video! You gave me some ideas for my next video :)... I haven't tried True Earth, but I've read some reviews and people say they find residue on the clothes. I wanted to switch some time ago and the reviews stopped me.😊
Zoe I have asked before where your pearl necklace is from ( the one you wore during the Colombia trip) Thanks!!
Oh weird!! I've never had that problem 🙈 Worth giving it a try and email customer service if you have a problem! They are truly great (not just saying this because I'm sponsored, I get no money from your purchase, just genuinely love them 💖) ... oh here is unquie one i would love to avoid "lending"/giving money to people who ask me for money
thats a good one!
@@ZoePritchard yes its a very hard thing for me to do sadly as i do have people in my life i cant exactly stop dealing with who do ask me for money sometimes and others i am trying to limit my interactions with to avoid that situation.
😂😂 rationed raspberries taste better
I gave up going to get my nails done but I’m not giving up the hair salon Thsts o e thibg I do for myself every 5 to 6 weeks to get my hair colored
Cost avoidance is different from cost savings. If you weren't doing these things before, you're not really saving anything
the calculations were really just for fun. Some of these I did do and others I did less, it just helps paint a picture
