Schlorg maybe he should hand the keys over to someone who isn't perhaps quite so precious about their kit. There's a difference between looking after a machine and just plain slow. In a Hitachi 210 I clocked myself doing 2:30 loads,.. in a 50t you should be doing 2:00 without even trying.

It shouldn’t even take 2:00 I could take a nap in his excessive amount of time to load. with a 460 and a 40 ton truck should be loaded around 1:20
